Ich habe eine Idee: "Wie man Banküberfälle überhaupt
verhindert".Die Kassierer einer Bank sind immer in Gefahr lind
durch das schußsiehere Glas weitgehend geschi;tzt, aber E,an
liest immer wieder von Bankfilialen und kleinen h:rnken und
ländlichen Raiffeisenkus:ien mit 1 oder 2 Nann Bedienung, uni
um ein Beispiel zu nennen; die Banditen springen über die
ächcilter und rauben was niet- und nagellos ist. Um diesen

wüchsen ein Ende zu machen, habe ich folgende Ideen entwickelt.
In jeden Schalterraum vor dem Schalter des Kassierers kommt.
ein
eiserner Käfig hin (ich nenne das Ding einstweilen Käfig) fest
verbunden und verankert in viereckigen Stabeisen in den PIai3en
cm x 2 cm, der Käfig bekommt die Maßen 1 . oo m x 1 . (-)o

2.2o rn hoch, kann aber auch gröijer gemacht werden. :L)er

ce@:orrinrt 2 Türen seitlich, eine Lingangstür und eine Ausgangstür,
und die 2 Türen dürfen nur nach innen auf und zu gehen. Die
Türen müssen von selbst zugehen und können nur vom
Kassierer aufgemacht werden und der Kunde kann nur vorn Käfig
aus den Kassierer sprechen. Und hier wäre ja ein Bandit gleich
gefurigen. Das Stabeisen um darf nur einmal unten und
einiaal oben, seitlich verankert sein, damit der Käfig glatt
bleibt
und ein leichtes hinaufklettern nicht möglich ist, denn auf
dem
r@üfiG wäre eine prima Position, sofern es die Höhe erlaubt,
um
den Kassierer in Schkrch zu halten.Außerdem muß außen am Käfig
in 21 m Höhe an jedem St::beisen ein 6o cm langes `.3tabeisi:n,
schräg
nach obere stehend, in 45 grad Stellung, daß ein leichtes klettern
auf den Käfig aus--eschlo:rsen,ist.

Der Schal terraum maß vom Diestraum durch das Stabeisen so ge=
trennt sein, daß es unmöglich ist, daß jemand in den Dienstraum gelungen kann. Das
Stabeisen maß so angeordnet sein, daß es 12 - 14 cm lichter Abstand hat. Alles Stabeisen
maß 2 cm dick sein. Damit das StabAisen nicht so plumsch aussieht, kann es auf .
verschiedene Arten angeordnet werden.Einma@. viereckig, einmal über Eck und einmal
rund. Dae sieht dann so aus:

Daß der Kassierer nicht geschossen werden kann, wird bis Schalter= , höhe mit Bretter
zugemacht (wie gewöhnlich) und immer mit Stahl= blech schoßsicher verstärkt. Von
Schlaterhöhe bis zur Decke zu= sätzlich wit schoßsicherem Glas versehen. Also nur
der Schalter vom Kassierer ist gemeint. Wenn der kaum sehr hoch ist, kann schoßsicheres
Glas gespartes werden. Da die Gebäuden in welchen die Banken untergebracht sind,
sehr verschiedene Maßen haben und die einzelne Banken sehr unterschiedliche Größen
haben, können keine Normei genannt werden, sondern es maß jede Bank anders geplant

The switch room should be separated from the service room by the iron bar in such a way that it is impossible for anyone to get into the service room. hat das doch eine moralische Wirkung, wenn jeder weiß, daß er den Kassierer

Ich war nun gestern , den
8.10.197o in Zweibrücken und habe dort eine neue Bankfiliale besichtigt. Die
haben eine schoßsichere
Kassiererkabine aus Glas, also das neueste auf diesem
Gebiet. Ich glaube such,daß die den Zweck erfüllt aber die ist kolosal teuer, man
spricht dort von 25 - 3o ooo.-DM. Da wäre die Eisenkonstruktion um vieles billiger,
auch dann noch wenn 1 kleiner Teil aus Glas gefertigt wird. Also ich bitte Sie lassen
Sie die Sache mal-ihren Wea Rehen. dann werden.gir sehen was. sich machen
läßt. If everything is arranged as described, I cannot imagine that anyone else would dare to attack. Yesterday, October 8th, 1997 I was in Zweibrücken and visited a new bank branch there. They have a bulletproof glass cashier's booth, which is the latest in the field. I think that it fulfills the purpose, but it is colossal expensive, they talk about 25-3o,000 DM. The iron construction would be a lot cheaper, even if 1 small part is made of glass. So please let it go - your weae deer. then we'll see what. can be done.
