KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL

Nutvorrichtungen für Pappe u. dgl., welche mit einem Spanabheber, einem Hobel oder einem Glättzahn versehen sind, haben den Nachteil, daß durch das Lösen und Abheben des Spanes dem Transport des Materials Widerstand entgegengesetzt wird. Dieser wächst mit der Tiefe des Schnittes bezw. der Stärke des Spanes. Man verwendet zwar zur Fortbewegung des Materials Transportrollen, die zugleich mit den Messern gegen die Pappe gedrückt werden. Bei derartigen Transportrollen macht es sich aber notwendig, nicht nur die Messer entsprechend der Schnittiefe einzustellen, es muß auch der Spanabheber gesondert eingestellt werden. Eine Regelung des Reibungswiderstandes der Transportrollen entsprechend der Stärke des abzulösenden Spanes ist aber überhaupt nicht möglich.Grooving devices for cardboard and the like.
