Die deutsche Landwirtschaft leidet sehr unter Arbeitskräftemangel. Besonders im
Stall macht sich der Mangel an landwirtschaftlichem Fachpersonal zusehends bemerkbar.
Die Hauptarbeit im Stall verursacht die Fütterung der Tiere, die hauptsächlich auf
wirtschaftseigenen Bunttermitteln (Getreide, Kartoffeln, Kleie, Rüben, Milch, Heu
usw.) beruht. Die Zubereitung dieser Futtermittel und die zweckmässige Verwertung
der einzelnen Komponenten ist für die tägliche Fütterung ein hoher Arbeitskostenfaktor.
Bisher war der Bauer und Landwirt gezwungen, wenn er rationell und richtig füttern
wollte, durch Veräusserung von Getreide, Kartoffeln und anderen Erzeugnissen, industriell
hergestelltes Fertigfutter anzukaufen. Er konnte damit gleichzeitig dem Arbeitskräftemangel
in seinem Betrieb abhelfen und auftretende Arbeitsspitzen besonders im Stall überbrücken. , /
