Die Anforderungen ;, die an die Genauigkeit von L aschinen
ins-
besondere Prüfmaschinen, Komperatoren ;, Lehrenbohrwerke und
der auf ihnen Gemessenen bzw. mit ihnen gefertigten Erzeug-
niere gestellt vlerden, uerden immer mehr gesteigert. Aus diesem
Grunde werden bereits viele Uaschinen insbesondere Lehrenbohr-
worke,Fräsmaschinen u. dgl. mit llesseräten insbesondere mit
LängenBiessgeräten hoher Präzision ausgestattet. Aber auch
mit
derartig ausgerüsteten Maschinen lassen sich nur dann optimale
Genauigkeitsgrade erzielen, wenn die Temperatur der Maschine
konstant auf einer BezuGstemperatur, vorzugsweise 20 0 gehalten
wird. Ziel der vorliegenden Anmeldung i. st es, diese konstante
Hesugstemperatur zu erreichen ohne den ganzen Laschinenraum
auf
dieser Temperatur halten zu müssen.
Zu diesem Zweck führt man die Maschinen erfindungsgemäß zum
Teil
holwandig aus und läial in diesen hohlräumen genau temperierte
Flüssigkeiten insbesondere Uasser oder Cl umlaufen. ? <'enn

diese
eise wegen der hohen Uärmeleitfähigkeit der Uetalle, aus denen
