Description
KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
The present invention relates to a double acting pump for tubular wells. Double-acting well pumps have already become known, but they were the same Their design is essentially intended for masonry wells, so that they can be used for pipe wells where it is known the pump cylinder can only be inserted after the casing pipe has been arranged ■ ίο and can also be easily removed for repairs must be, is impossible. Such double-acting pumps are also known where the pump cylinder lies in a closed housing, which could probably be designed in such a way that it can be let into the casing pipe of pipe wells. However, this has the Disadvantage that then the cross section available for the water pumping is so it is considerably limited that double-acting pumps hardly achieve greater power is brought about than with the usual, having a larger effective cross-section simple pumps. The present invention seeks a double acting pump for Create pipe wells with considerably greater efficiency by the fact that the pipe wells usual pump cylinder is provided in the upper part with a seal against the casing pipe, which during the action of the valves located in the pump cylinder, the space between The jacket pipe and the pump cylinder are sealed against the entry of external air and only water can enter through the suction valves, while the in a known manner over the Pump piston located in the cylinder suction valves directly into the space between the jacket pipe and pump cylinder open, so. that when the pump piston goes down through the. above the same suction valves Water is sucked in, which rises between the jacket pipe and the pump cylinder. All of the water delivered by the pump is then used in a manner known per se driven up by the tubular linkage to move the piston. By the described configuration of the pump cylinder can have the usual cross-section retained, but nevertheless a double-acting pump can be created, which thus has a considerably greater efficiency than the previously known devices.
The invention is shown in the accompanying drawing in a longitudinal section for illustration came.
Die Einrichtung dieses Kolbens weicht gegen die übliche Gestalt jedoch insofern ab, als das durch das Kugelventil 10 eintretende Wasser zunächstIn the drawing, 1 is the usual casing, which at the lower end with a Filter 2 is complete. In the casing is through the riser 3 and 4 of the Pump cylinder 5 is arranged, which is connected to the usual valve 6 at the lower end The closed suction pipe 7 extends into the filter 2. Moved in the pump cylinder through linkage 8 a piston 9, which has any appropriate shape and, for example, through a ball valve IO is completed. However, the setup of this piston differs from the usual shape in that the Ball valve 10 entering water first
Zu dem Zweck sind in dem Pumpenzylinder eine Anzahl Löcher 14 eingebohrt, an welche sich ein Ring 15 anschließt, der eine gleiche Anzahlrises within a pipe Ii replacing the rod, but this pipe later exits through openings 12 arranged in the upper part and through the usual Riser pipe 3 is brought to light. To now according to the present invention with every movement of the pump piston to cause the suction and delivery of water is above this piston, however A special valve 13 is arranged within the pump cylinder S. For the purpose a number of holes 14 are drilled in the pump cylinder, to which a Ring 15 connects, which has an equal number
Above this valve 13 is a periodically acting seal 18 arranged, expediently in the form of a leather disc fastened by the ring 19, which surrounds the tube 11 conically. The effect of this pump is as follows: Let us assume that the pump is, as usual, in the water in such a way that the whole Pump cylinder is surrounded by water, so when the piston 9 first in the usual way that in the lower part of the pump cylinder through the Suction pipe 7 penetrated water through the opened ball valve 10 into the pipe 11 penetrate and exit this tube in the upper part through the openings 12 to in continue to climb up the riser pipe 3. This same downward movement of the piston 9 is also because the space in the Pump cylinder above the piston 9 is closed by the seal 18 in this an air dilution arise, which has the consequence that the valve cover 17 opens
This through the openings 14 water entering the pump cylinder also penetrates through the filter 2 into the Liner 1 and rises as a result of the described effect between the liner and the pump cylinder 5 up to through the openings 14 and 16 the way to be found inside the pump cylinder.
To prevent air being sucked in from above the pump cylinder, this is provided at its upper end with a leather seal 20, which is through a Ring 21 is held in place and tapered against the inner surface of the casing creates, so that with the described effect of the pump piston, this leather seal tight is sucked against the casing and thus prevents the entry of fresh air. at an upward movement of the pump piston 9 is on the one hand after closing the ball valve 10 lifted the water located in the pipe 11 and at the same time also the above Piston located and flowed in through the valve 13 taken water, with this pushes back the leather seal 18 and between this and the tube 11 penetrates above. At the same time it is known per se through the pump piston 9 Way through the suction pipe 7 fresh water is sucked. Since the leather seal 18 the entire has to carry the water column conveyed by the pump, it appears necessary to carry it To support the seal by an expediently conically inwardly projecting web 22, which is provided with openings 23 so that the water lifted by the pump piston passes through the openings 23, the Seal 18 lifts and now enters the riser pipe. So the pump has at each stroke a suction period, so that the effect of this pump is much greater must be without particularly complicated means would be required.
