Die Erfindung betrifft ein auf dem ,Gelenkviereck
beruhendes unsichtbares Möbelscharnier. The invention relates to an invisible furniture hinge based on the articulated square.
Diesen bekannte, aus zwei Gelenkbändern bestehende Möbeleeharnier
gestattet ein Versohwenken der Möbeltür derart, daß hierbei die

in Frage gestellt ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe
zugrunde, ein Möbeleoharnier zu schaffen, dessen Gelenkbänder durch
eine besondere Ausbildung die aufgezeigten Mängel vermeiden.
Ferner stellt sich
die Erfindung die weitere Aufgabe,
das Möbelscharnier derart
auszugestalten, daß es in
jeder Endläge feststellbar ist.
Erfindüngegemäß wird dies dadurch
erreicht, daß die beiden
Gelenkbänder in. der Endoffenetellung
der Tür auf etwa der
halben Bandlänge direkt aneinanderliegen
und jede weitere
Schwenkbewegung unterbinden. Hierbei hat das eine
Gelenkband eine abgewinkelte und das andere Gelenkband eine Keilform.
Zwecks
zusätzlicher Feststellung den Scharniers in der Endoffenstellung
der Tür ist am abgewinkelten Gelenkband an der
Berührungsfläche mit
dem keilförmigen Gelenkband ein Zapfen
vorgesehen, der in einen
Durchbruch des keilförmigen Gelenk-
bandes eintritt und
beide Gelenkbänder miteinander formeohlüssig verbindet. Die weitere
zusätzliche Feststellung den Scharniers in der geschlossenen Endstellung
der Tür erfolgt vermittels eines am Boden des Gehäuses angebrachten
oder mit diesem ein Ganzes bildenden Zapfen, der von der entgegengesetzten
Seite
her in den erwähnten Durchbruch des keilförmigen Gelenkbandes
eintritt und gleichfalls eine formschlüssige Verbindung her-
stellt.
Diese beiden Zapfen unterstützen damit die Stabilität
des Scharniere
in. den Endphasen der Türechwenkbewegung. Nachstehend ist die
Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung an einem Ausführungsbeispiel
erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigen;

ausgebildet
und weist im Mittelteil, wie dies aus Fig. 4 zu
erkennen ist,
einen Durchbruch 1o auf. Das andere Gelenkband
51 ist abgewinkelt. Der gerade Rücken 11 dieses abgewinkelten
Gelenkbandes 59 liegt
in der in Fig. 2 gezeigten offenen Endstellung
direkt an dem
keilförmigen Gelenkband 32 an, wobei
die beiden Schwenkzapfen 4
und 6 hintereinander in einer zur Berührnagslinie
der beiden
Gelenkbänder 39 und 5? parallelen bzw. in
einer Totpunktlinie liegen. Außerdem besitzt das Gelenkband Y in
der Mitte der
Breite des Rückens 11 einen.abgerundeten
Zapfen 13: der in den
Durchbruch 1o des keilförmigen Gelenkbandes
31 einerseits eintrittg wodurch eine Längsverschiebung der beiden
Gelenkbänder 3x und 5-' längs des Rückens 11 unterbunden wird.
In der in Fig. 3
gezeigten geschlossenen Endstellung dringt
ein am Boden 12
des Gehäuses 1 in der erweiterten Ausnehmung
15 angebrachter kegeliger Zapfen 14 andrerseits in den Durchbruch
1o des Gelenkbandes Y ein. Diese Verzapfung ersetzt im gewissen
Sinne eine Verrastung der Möbeltür in der geschlossenen Endstellung.
Beide Gelenkbänder 32 und 53' nehmen mit ihrer vollen Höhe die
Ausnehmung
2 des Gehäuses 1 ein, so daß in. der Hauptsache das
keilförmige
Gelenkband 37 zum Tragen der Tür herangezogen wird.
