Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, bei Ventilatoren oder Zentrifugalpumpen, welche mit konstanter Umdrehungszahl arbeiten müssen, die Leistung während des Ganges zu verändern. Dieses wird dadurch erreicht, daß man den Einlaufquerschnitt der Schaufeln des Flügelrades verändert, während der Auslaufquerschnitt der Schaufeln konstant bleibt.
