Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Mehrschichtenpla t te durch Verpressen einer aus Schaumstoffkernen bestehenden Mittelschicht und beidseitigen Deckschichten, mit zwischen den Kernen liegenden Querstegen, wobei die Verbindung zwischen diesen Fernen und den Deckschichten eine Klebeverbindung ist, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß vor dem Kleben in die Schaumstoffkerne (z.B. 4) parallel zu den Querstegen (3) und mit Abstand zueinander liegende Nuten (z.B. 4a) eingearbeitet und die parallel zu den Querstegen (3) liegenden Kanten der Schaumstoffkerne (z.B. q-) mit einer Fase (4b) versehen werden, daß die der unteren Deckschicht (1) zugekehrte Fläche und die beiden dazu senkrecht stehenden Flächen der Schaumstoffkerne (z.B. 4) mit Klebstoff (7) beschichtet und die Schaumstoffkerne (4 bis 6) unter Zwischensetzung der Querstege (3) nacheinander auf .die untere Deckschicht (1) gesetzt werden, daß anschließend daran die der oberen Deckschicht (2) zugekehrte Fläche der Schaumstoffkerne (4 bis 6) in e i n e m Arbeitsgang mit Klebstoff (7) beschichtet und schließlich die obere Deckschicht (2) auf die so beschichteten Schaumstoffkerne (4 bis 6) gelegt wird.
