Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß vor dem Kleben in die Schaumstoffkerne parallel zu den Querstegen und mit Abstand zueinander liegende Nuten eingearbeitet und die parallel zu den Querstegen liegenden Kanten der Schaumstoffkerne mit einer Fase versehen werden; daß die der unteren Deckschicht zugekehrte Fläche und die beiden dazu senkrecht stehenden Flächen der Schaumstoffkerne mit Klebstoff beschichtet und die Schaumstoffkerne unter Zwischensetzung der Querstege nacheinander auf die untere Deckschicht gesetzt werden, daß anschliessend daran die der oberen Deckschicht zugekehrte Fläche der Schaumstoffkerne in e i n e m Arbeitsgang mit Klebstoff beschichtet und schließlich die obere Deckschicht auf die so beschichteten Schaumstoffkerne gelegt wird.The invention shows a method which is simpler in structure and used in the production of cheap components and a perfect hold of the insulation in the chambers. Dadurch, daß der Klebstoff in die Nuten der Schaumstoffkerne eindringt und den Hohlraum an der Stoßstelle der Querstege und der Deckschichten auffüllt, wird der durch die Klebeverbindung gegebene Halt noch weiter verstärkt.
