Copper conductor lays. The tensioning of the paper insulation takes place on the way between the guide nipple and the following :, fitting nipple: An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Gesamtansicht der Bespinnungseinrichtung, während.
Vierernippel trägt die Bezeichnung 14.Fig. 1 shows an overall view of the spinning device while. In Fig. 2 and individual parts are shown, time 'E is the paper plate on which the paper plate 2 is placed. In the middle of the paper plate, the Spierfulß x is attached, which carries the tubular paper guide consisting of the two parts 4 and 5. This paper section is offset on part 5 with a flange 6, which has two seat braids' and ß. As can be seen from Fis and 3, are the slots? and 8 so arranged, d: aß zie von. the miter deviates. The paper tape is: thereby pulled further forward and thus the formation of the Ttltem-form is favored. Through the in Pig. 2 dashed lines 17 and 1 8, which the paper tape entepxechea aolleny are the two possibilities of the rights be> zw. LinksbespinmzC. of the copper conductor whispered. The guide nipple is denoted by 9 and has a long trumpet-shaped opening 10 for the paper, the narrowest point of which is to be chosen slightly larger than the beer diameter (for example, with a core diameter of 1 mzn, a nipple with a 192 mm diameter). With 11, 12 and 13 Umlenkro lllen are designated. A four-nipple designed as a fitting nipple bears the designation 14.
The mode of operation of the subject matter of the invention is as follows - the copper conductor 15, which is to be wound around, is passed through the spinner foot 3, the paper guide elements 4 and 5 and the opening nipple 9 and passed to the four nipple via dis = Umienkrolle `t3 . The paper tape which is removed from the paper plate 2 is over. the guide rollers 11 and 12 are guided into the SpixnaerfuB 3, from where the direction of the paper tape runs essentially parallel to the copper conductor 15. Furthermore, the paper tape is drawn along the outside of the cylindrical parts of the paper guides and passes through the slot 7 of the flange 6 through the opening 10 of the guide nipple 9. The interaction of the slot 7 and the trumpet-shaped opening 10 creates the paper tape. Before the ladder is spun, it is preformed in the shape of a bag and thus placed around the super ladder in such a way that the paper does not crumple during the subsequent tensioning process. The copper conductor then runs essentially in the center of the paper envelope. The distance between the two parts 4- and 5 of the paper guide can be varied, since the part 5 can be loosened by means of the screw 16 and moved in the axial direction. In addition, it is possible to rotate the two parts 4- and 5 against each other. By varying the distance between the two parts 4 and. 5 the paper guide will also. the distance between planach 6: and guide nipple 9 changed. This distance is to be set according to the width of the paper tape which is selected for the wrapping:. The paper tape, which is initially loosely placed around the copper conductor 15 , is tightened as it traverses the distance between the IT roller 13 and the four-nipple 14. This four-nipple can also be replaced by any other fitting nipple.
