Description
The invention relates to a formwork for a concrete wall, consisting from two Mantelplatterl and spacers, the opposing recordings for pegs provided with heads and driven through the shell plates.
To create shell concrete structures, shell walls, z. B. made of lightweight panels, held firmly at a certain distance by spacers, which creates lost formwork, between which concrete can then be poured as a filler. There is already a Schaluno known for a concrete shell wall, in which the shell walls are supported against one another by spacers formed from sheet metal. These sheets form a transversely extending to the casing walls slot which serves as a seat for a respective driven into it through the shell walls in the slot nail. The formwork is attached to this spacer by driving nails through the formwork walls into the slot from both sides. So that the nails are now firmly in place in your spacer, the slots are wavy. The nails must bend along this wave-shaped slot when being driven in and will therefore hold tight in the slots. The spacer itself is made of metal to force the nails to bend. This metal design is disadvantageous in that it forms both a cold bridge and a sound bridge. Otherwise it is a relatively expensive and complicated construction element.
When spacers remaining in the concrete, it is further known to form these as tubes with mutual internal thread into which the casing walls penetrating screws are screwed which press against the lateral walls waste spacers with their heads. Such a spacer has not yet been able to establish itself in practice, since screwing in on both sides is too tedious.
In contrast, the invention is based on the object of a formwork for creating a clad concrete wall that is particularly easy and Above all, it can be created very quickly and uses components that are priced are practically negligible compared to the other materials.
This object is achieved by the invention in that the spacers are straight rods that have coaxial bores of such a diameter that that the pins driven through the shell plates are positively engaged in the bores be liable.
This ensures that the formwork is done by a nailing process can be created, eliminating the otherwise very time-consuming assembly of the formwork is made much easier. In addition, it leave the ones intended for nailing Pins to ensure that their heads also disappear in the shell plate and with it practically form a surface, which makes plastering easier and even this can make superfluous with appropriate design of the shell plates. In the end provide the spacers used in the form of straight rods with coaxial drill holes a very simple component that is priced when creating a clad concrete wall practically does not matter.
Further features of the invention are characterized in the subclaims. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the figures. It shows F i g. 1 a layered shell plates with spacers and F i 1 b a section through a spacer according to F i g. 1.
F i g. 1 a shows a concrete wall, in which, however, the space has not yet been filled with concrete. Pins 5 and 6 , which are designed like nails and each provided with a head 10 and 11 , are hammered into the two casing plates 1 and 2. In order to be able to drive the pins 5 and 6 into the shell plates 1 and 2, these have been pre-drilled accordingly. Expediently, during the manufacture of the casing plates 1, 2, these are provided with the necessary bores, so that only the pins 5, 6 have to be hammered in at the construction site. Since the pins 5, 6 are driven into the shell plates 1, 2 with a tight fit, the pins 5 and 6 have helical projections on their surface. As a result, the pins 5 and 6 clamp themselves firmly in the holes in the jacket plates 1 and 2, whereby the depth of the pins 5 and 6 is limited by the heads 10 and 11 , for which a countersink has to be made beforehand - between the jacket plates 1 and 2 and a tubular spacer 7 , into which the pins 5 and 6 are also driven, is placed coaxially with the opposing holes in the casing plates 1, 2. This results in a rigid connection between the pins 5 and 6, the jacket plates 1 and 2 and the spacer 7.
The spacer 7 has a conically extending coaxial extension 12 and 13 on each of its end faces. These conical lugs 12 , 13 are pressed into the relevant holes of the jacket plates 1 and 2 before the pins 5 and 6 are hammered in, in which they remain clamped due to their conical shape. This results in a continuous connection from hole to hole of the two shell plates 1 and 2, so that now the pins 5 and 6 can be easily hammered in and, after penetrating the shell plate in question, enter the spacer 7 and get stuck in it due to their twist.
The pins 5, 6 are expediently made of steel, while the spacer 7 is preferably made of plastic. This has the advantage that the plastic connection thus existing between two shell plates, which remains in the potting, does not form a cold bridge. The spacer 7 represents a centering means by means of which the two pins 5 and 6 are aligned coaxially with one another. The shell plates 1 and 2 and the shell plates 3 and 4 stacked thereon have a smooth outer surface with a so-called pore seal.
C To enlarge the support surface, the spacer 7 is provided with a collar 15 or 16 on both sides. In order to improve the guiding, which provided the cladding plates 1, 2 is obtained by the pins 5 and 6 and the pipe 7 'on the collar 15 and 16 respectively a support strut. 8 and 9 These support struts 8, 9 can be clamped, glued or otherwise attached to the spacer 7. In particular, it is also possible to manufacture the spacer 7 with the support struts 8 and 9 from one piece. The support struts 8 and 9 have such a length that they protrude beyond the upper end faces of the casing plates 1 and 2. so that they get into the area of the cladding plates 3 and 4 stacked thereon. As a result, they give the latter a reliable guide when these casing plates 3 and 4 are stacked on the casing plates 1 and 2. In this way, there is automatically a secure alignment of the shell plates to be stacked on top of one another. In Fig. 1 b , the support strut 9 is shown in plan view. Their ribbing results in a particularly high level of rigidity. C.
