Description
Press mold for turret presses The invention relates to one of the sub ... and upper mold existing press mold for turret presses, by means of which in a single Pressing process several roof tiles can be pressed.
The plaster of paris in the mold according to the invention can break can still be easily replaced. Since the lower mold on the edge by means of screws is attached directly to the mounting surface, the time-consuming task is also eliminated Clean away the clamping elements.
In the case of the known compression molds, care was taken not to obtain too large dimensions, since the plaster of paris inserts were replaced by hand, whereby the maximum weight of the mold was determined. In the meantime, however, so-called mechanical plasterworks have become common, in which the process of cutting out the old and inserting the new plaster of paris is done mechanically, so that these processes can be further rationalized with the press mold according to the invention containing several inlays. The design of the press mold according to the invention also provides the possibility of making do with the production of the roof tiles with less T6nmass than before. While in the known compression molds with only one insert on each side there was an excess of mass, in the compression mold according to the invention this occurs only on the non-common edge strips of adjacent inserts. This means that in the case of a press mold containing, for example, three inserts, the required excess mass is reduced approximately in the ratio i2: 8 compared to one of three press molds each with one insert and clamping elements. The inlays are expediently arranged in such a way that in each case two inlays come to lie symmetrically to a common edge strip: this avoids the shear forces that occur in particular when pressing y of rebated pancakes. The side fold parts - from pans forming parts of the inserts are expediently on the common edge strip. Thereby one can achieve that the still occurring mass over. Shot of one molding slides into the other. As a result of this process, the so-called textures that occur in molded articles produced by means of extrusion are destroyed in the area of the side fold parts. The formation of layers proves to be particularly critical in the area of the edge cones - since frost breakouts usually occur in this area and lead to the destruction of the brick. In order to avoid the undefined leakage of excess mass at the joints between two mold halves, it is known to arrange a storage frame around the entire mold. This consists of a channel on the lower mold and guide surfaces on the upper mold. This ensures that the irregularly occurring excess mass is first collected and accumulated into a cake, which can then be removed by a cutting device Individual forms must be arranged. known forms was the application of the principle of storage frame associated with considerable difficulties, as the storage frame had to surround each individual form. The commonly knife box used for the deburring of the formed bodies suitably has the number of deposits corresponding number of knife sets. 1n Figures 1 and 2 of the drawing is the subject of. Invention based on a particularly preferred embodiment. exemplary management shown and explained in more detail below. 1 shows an axial section through a drum of a turret press, shown schematically, and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of one of the clamping surfaces of the drum.
The drum 11 is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis and has five clamping surfaces 12, two of which are shown in section. On the upper of the two mounting surfaces 12. there is a lower surface 14 containing four inserts 13. The inserts 13 are delimited by edge strips.
Between two adjacent inserts 13 is only one Edge strip 16 contour that corresponds to the two moldings to be pressed, the edge strips 16 are fastened interchangeably on the lower mold 14 by means of screws, Around the entire lower mold 14 is guided by a storage frame 17, which holds the excess mass 18 accumulates, which is then removed by means of a cutting device, not shown will.
Inserts 13 lying next to one another are arranged symmetrically to the common edge strip in such a way that the side fold parts of the moldings 25 lie against one another, as a result of which the textures are destroyed in this area.
The upper mold 19, which in FIG. 1 is the upper clamping surface or press mold is arranged, has a configuration corresponding to the lower mold 14. she owns Plaster inlays 20, these surrounding edge strips 21 and guide surfaces -22 as a counterpart to the storage frame 17 of the lower mold.
To remove the moldings 25, drying frames 24 are made using pressure pistons 23 raised to the briquettes that are ejected crit compressed air. The dry ' Frames 24 are then lowered onto the conveyor belt = 15 for further transport.
Everything in the description belongs to the invention. Exercise included and / or is shown in the drawing , including what is obvious to a person skilled in the art in deviation from the specific exemplary embodiments.
