Description
The invention relates to a design of the fitting connection with an insulating arrangement a mechanically strong core made of glass fiber reinforced cast resin and a cast resin jacket produced by casting. Arrangements according to the invention are for tensile and breaking stressed isolators as well as for Mast brackets and insulating trusses intended.
For high-voltage purposes and outdoor installation, it is known to use cast resin insulators that consist of a mechanically strong core made of glass fiber reinforced cast resin and a weatherproof and a tracking resistant jacket. This prepares the coupling of the force-transmitting reinforcements particular difficulties with the fiberglass strand. It is known for such isolators (see French patent 14 34 068) to combine glass fiber strands into loops, which by means of hooks or Bolts connect the two fittings. The deflections of the glass fiber cross-section that cannot be avoided here lead to the loss of much of the strength. Furthermore, insulators are also made of one with Cast resin-impregnated fiberglass rod is known, on which find sleeve-shaped fittings by pressing are attached. There is a risk that the ends of the The fiberglass rod can be damaged by cracks.
The present invention has the task of transmitting power from the fitting to the fiberglass strand of the insulating body so that the strength of the fiberglass strand is so is weakened as little as possible. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the one rectangular cross-section having core 1 of the insulator at its widened exposed ends 2, 17 is provided with the connection fittings forming two-part caps 5 and 6, 18 and 19, which cross through Screws 11 arranged on the broad side of the core end and 12, 20 are compressed and tightly enclose the ends of the core. Here the screw bolts go through the burned ends or be placed next to them. Is particularly advantageous it according to the further invention to form the two-part caps with webs that are in grooves on the engage widened core ends. The rectangular fiberglass core is advantageously made of impregnated Fiberglass mats, which, compared to fiberglass fabrics and rovings, provide greater security against ensure electrical breakdown. Aromatic or cycloaliphatic can be used for impregnation Cast resin systems with high or low filler additions can be used. The one through Umgud The sheath produced has an oval cross-section. It is made from an outdoor-resistant cast resin system, z. B. produced a cycloaliphatic resin hardener system, the corresponding fillers, in particular Quartz flour or alumina trihydrate. may contain.
In den F i g. In the F i g. I to 4 are examples of the invention in more detail explained.
The F i g. 1 and 2 show a tensile stressed insulator made of a rectangular glass fiber reinforced Core 1 is made, which is widened at its ends 2 accordingly. The core 1 is of a jacket 3 with Umbrellas 4 encapsulated. The widened end 2 remains free from the encapsulation.
A metallic cap consisting of the two parts 5 and 6 is provided for the formation of the valve, which completely tightly encloses the core end. To ensure a flawless, secure connection between the to achieve the parts 5 and 6 existing cap and the end of the fiberglass core 1, the end 2 is at his give away both broad sides with four grooves 7 and 8, in which corresponding webs 9 and 10 of the two Engage cap parts 5 and 6. The two Kappcnschalen are by four screw bolts 11 and 12, the are arranged laterally of the core ends, pressed together. This ensures a secure connection to the Fitting achieved with the fiberglass core without it being necessary to use the ends 2 of the fiberglass core to provide particularly large adhesive surfaces. For sealing between the contact surfaces of the a sealing insert 13 is provided for both cap parts 5 and 6. In addition, the two cap parts 5 and 6 sealed with respect to the core by a ring 14. By tightening the screws U and 12 Using a torque wrench, the cap can adhere specifically and evenly to the end of the Fiberglass core can be achieved, which you can optionally support with an adhesive. In the head 15 the cap is provided with a receptacle 16 for a clapper connection. You can also use the cap with a Form screw sleeve.
