bis herab zu lo Denier zu arbeiten, erhalt das Changeant-
Färben ces Strumpfes insofern einen neuen Sinn, als es geeig=
net ist, bei angezogenem Strumpf form-verschönend zu wirken.
Verschiedene Farbtönungen bei Strümpfen der jetzt üblichen

Feinheit in Garnstärke und Hasc engröße wirken sieht mehr als
Farbunterschicde, sondern täuschen größere Is. asc ; ienichte
vor.
Dieser Effekt wird gemß der vorliegenden Erfindung dazu
verwendet, durch den angezogenen Strumpf die Fes-eel des Beines
schmaler erscheinen 2 : u laser was cacu-rch erzielt ird, dass
der Strumpf im g zen 1'u. ss bis zur ochferse dunkler gefärbt
ist, als im übrigen Teil urc der Übergang voner dunklen
