Holzrabzen für Bilderq Photos 0. dgl. stellte ma-n bisher
so her, daß die Rahmenprofile auseinem StuckHolz gefrästanct
zu einerl Ralmenverleimt wurden, nachdem sie vorher entsprechend
der gewünschten Rahmengroße und Rahmenform auf Länge und Gehrung
geschnitten Tturden< Die sichtbare Oberfläche der Rahmen
hat man
danm poliert, mattiert, furniert oder mit einem Farbanstrieh,
Silber-oderSoldbronze o. dgl<versehen. Besonders bei den
mit
farbigen Oberflächen ausgebildeten Rahmen hat sich herausgestellt,
- daß der Farbanstrich nicht dauerhaft genug war und hastig
abplatzte.
Diese Rahmen ha auch kein besonders gutes Aussehen, da die
bisherigen Ausführungen in ihren Oberflächen zu eintönig oder
glanzlos vjmkten.
Um non das Abplatzen der Oberflächen zu vermeiden und das
Aussehen der Rahmen zu versch6ne : ECL, wird nach der Neueruag
vorgeschlagen, daß das Rahmenprofil aus zwei verleimten-Profil-
leisten besteht, von denen die äußere Rrofilleiste auf der
Innen-
fläche eben ist und die innere Ppcfilleistet die mit der ebenen
Innenfläche der äußeren BrofilleiBte den Einlegefalz bildet,
auf
der sichtbaren Seite mit eine& Blechbelag aus beliebigem
geeignetem
Metall-versehen ist.
Durch die Verkleidung der Innenprofilleiste mit einem
beliebigen Meta1. 1 blech wird. das Abp1. a'tzen : der Obernäche
Teråin-
dert und jgl<eiehs5eitig arch 1$ aeammenwirkas zweier Brand-
verschiedener Werkstoffe ein Eo razt gesahaffen, der dem Rahmen
ein besonders Sut « Aussehen gilt.

Gemäß der Neuerong und jdem ABEführunßsbeispiel bestehen
die Rahmenprofile a, b, c-and iS. eines z, B. rechteckigen
Bolz-
rahmens aus zwei Erofilleisten 1 nnö. 2 von denen die äußere
. Erofilleiste auf der Innenfläche eben ist und die innere
Erofil-
leiste 2, die mit der ebenen Innenfläche der äußeren leiste

den Einlegefalz 4 für die Bilder-, Photos c. dgl. mit Glas
bildet
und mit dieser verleimt ist., auf der sichtbaren Oberfläche
mit
einem Blechbelag 5 versehen ist. Der Blechbelag 5 überfaßt
mit
seinen Kanten 6 umd 7 die Tmterc Innenkante und die obere Außen-
kante der inneren Irofilleiste 2 so daß der Belag 5 einwandfrei
fest auf der inneren Profilleiste 2 sitzt, während die sichtbare
Außenfläche der äußeren Profilleiste 1 z. B. mit einer Querfürnie-
rung 8 versehen ist. Die Rahmenprofil a, b, c und d sind da=
in bekannter Weise entsprechend der gewünschten Rahmengröße
und
Rahme'Dform auf Länge und an den freien Enden auf Gehrung geschnit-
ten und verleimt.
Als Blechbelag ann ein beliebiges geeignetes Metall, z. B.
Messing Bronze, Silber o. dgl., verendet werden, welches vorteil-
haft den geschmacklichen Erfordernissen des einzurahmenden
Gegen-
standes angepaßt ist, während das Querfurnier 8 der äußeren
Jßrofil-
leiste ein Edelhelt ist, das nach der Furnierung poliert oder
mattiert wird. Gegebenenalls kann man auch plattierte dünne
