Elektrostatisabe Sprühanlage
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrostat=sche Sprühanlage
zum Beschichten von Werkatückea mit einem Uberzugsmaterial,
die einen Sprühteil und eine Fördereinrichtung aufweist,
mit der das Vorkstück in eine zur Sprühbehandlung geeignete
Stellung gebracht wird.
In Sprühanlagen, in denen das Sprühteil auf einem hohen

trischen Potential liegt und das Werkstück geerdet ist,

tallwand geführt. Die Wirkung der Metallrand auf den Beschich-
tungsvorgang ist jedoch nur dann ausreichend,

Abstand zwischen dem Verkatück und der 1Kotallxand klein

nug gewühlt werden kann. Wegen der Gehüngebewegaag kann
aber
*tu Mindestabstand von etwa 5 bis i0 ct mischen

ist aber-in vielen Axvondungsfüllen au groß.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in der Sohaftemg
' einer
elektrostatischen Sprühanlage, bei der die geerdete Metall-
wand einen wesentlichen Einfluß auf den Spriihtorgang ausübt.
Diene Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch =elöst# daß das
Werkstück gegenüber der in Sprührichtung hinter ihM angeord-
neten geerdeten Wand ein höheren Potential, besitst. Eine
der
technischen AustUhrungsfox@aon wird darin gesehen, daß

Werkstück über einelektrisch isolierendes Gebämgs mit der
Fördereinrichtung verbunden ist. Mit der Löeung mach der

findung km= das Werkstück in einen betriebssicheren Abetand,

erdete Wand ist dabei so xvrksaA, daß eine Beschichtung

Die Anordnung von isolierenden ßehtingen ist en sieh in

trostatischen Sprübealagen bekannt-. Jedoch ist die Verwen-
dung von Isoliergehängen auf solche Anlagen beschränkt,

denen der Sprühkopf geerdet und das wau überziehende Werkstück

gebildet sein. Da diese Anlage verhältnismäßig aufwendig
ist,
konnte sie sich in der Praxis nicht durahoetsen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Erfin-
dung dargestellt.
Die Sprüheinrichtung i., die auf Hochspannungspotential
liegt,
weist einen langgestre:ckten Abgabespalt auf. Bin*

Da der Abstand zwischen den Werkstick 3 und der Metallwand

Zur Vorhinderung dtn Umgriffes sieht die Erfindung daher.

rungspunkten zwischen den Werkstück und den Gehängt mit

eine =solatiqugfestigkeit@ron 10 bis 20 kV erreicht wird.
