Holz bestehenden Rähmchen gestoßen wirdo Die PraxIs. hat nun

gezeigt, daß bei den bekannten Rähmchenlochern die tadeln
beim Durchstoßen des Holzes sehr oft abbrechen.
Gegenstand der Erfindtmg ist ein Rähmchenlocher, der
diesen Übelstand beseitigt und es wird dies erfindungsgemäß
dadurch erreicht, daß d e z ! m Lochen des Rähmchens erfo ?

liehe Nadel in einer Nadelführung gelagert cnd von dieser
geführt ist. Diese Nadelführung wird von einer Eiaso getragene
die auch zur Lagerung eines die Nadel tragenden Kolbens
dient. Zweckmãssigerweise ist die Nadel in dem Kolben aum-
-wochselbar-gelagert.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte AusfShrung ist diejenige,
gemäß welcher die Hülse mit einei Kragen versehen iat
gegen den Bièh von der einen Seite eine schwächere und von
der ändern Seite eine starke Feder abstütztzu dem weiter
unten aaßegebenen Zwecko
Durch'die Ausführung gemäß der Erfindung fird der
Vorteil err-eichtg daas die Nadel eine gute Führung erheilt
und dadurch ein Abbrechen der Nadel weitgehend verhindert
wird ; au-sserdecL erhalt man eine Spannvorrichtun für die
Rähmchen,
Der Erfindungsgegenstan ist auf der Zeichnung in einem
Ausfülirunsbeispiel zur Darstellung gebracht und zwar in
einer Seitenansicht in Schnitt.
Gemäß dem dargestellten-i. u. sführunsbeispiel besteht
der Rah-ichenlocher aus einer Grundplatte Imi iner Nute 2
zum setzen eines VabenrähEichens 3.a'Ferner is ; in der
Grundplatte 1 um einen Zapfen 4 ach\ ? ingbar ein Handgriff

gelagerte an welchen bei 6 ein Eblben 7 angreift, der
einesteils in einer Hülse 8 gleitet à anderenteils de
auswechselbaren <3sl 9 trgto Die Hülße 8 ist mit einer
Efädelführung 10 ansgestattet und es uird beim Bfiederdrück<3n
des IIandhebels 5 der Kolben 7 samt Nadel 9 vorgecchoben..
Es ist jedochzu beachten, dasaufder JISIse 8 eine
schwächere. Fed. e ? 11 und auf dem Kolben 7 ene'star&ere

beschrieben folgender

Zuerst, vird in die Ente 2 der Grundplatte l ein zo.
lochendes Wabenrthjsehen3 eingesetzt. Alsdann drückt manden
Ehmäh bel 5 nieder, uobei die Feder 12 gegen den-Kragen 13
drückt und dadurch die Hülse 8 samt Nadelfehrang 10 vor-
schiebt, biß die NadelfNhrtmg 10 auf das abesrscciten ?
anftrifft and dadurch dieses in des RUsachenlocher fest
einspannt. Bei ueiterem Niederdrücken des Bandhabela 5
pschiebt sieh aladaam. der Kolben 7 in der Hülse 8 und
stößt dabei dle riadel 9 durch das RMmchen 3p wodurch dieses
gelocht wird. Wird ntm der Hebel 5 los gelassen, dann drückt
die Feder 11 gegen den Kragen 13 und bewegt dadurch die
Ruiae 8 mit Baelfhruns 10 wieder zurück.
