Description

Bekanntlich wird bei der Herstellung von Kondensa-According to the invention, this is achieved in that at least two anode bodies are used and these are so close to one another when producing or applying at least the highly conductive layer be arranged so that the anode bodies are connected to form a unit through this layer. It is well known that in the production of condensate

Zur Erzielung einer besonders hohen Kapazität pro Raumeinheit werden als Anodenkörper poröse Sinterkörper verip gates of the above-mentioned type of electrode bodies started from valve metal, in particular from those made of tantalum, aluminum, niobium, titanium. To achieve With a particularly high capacity per unit of space, porous sintered bodies are used as anode bodies wendetturns
Die Anodenkörper werden nach einem bekannten Verfahren mit einer dielektrischen Oxidschicht überzogen, und anschließend wird auf der Oxidschicht eine Halbleiterschicht erzeugt Die Halbleiterschicht bestehtThe anode bodies are coated with a dielectric oxide layer by a known method, and then a dielectric oxide layer is applied to the oxide layer Semiconductor layer produced The semiconductor layer exists

Auf dtfse Halbleiterschicht wird dann eine elektrisch gut leitende Schicht aufgebracht die auch aus mehreren Teilschichten unterschiedlicher Stoffe bestehenAn electrical layer is then applied to the semiconductor layer A highly conductive layer is applied, which also consists of several sub-layers of different substances kann. For example, a graphite layer is first applied to the manganese dioxide layer and then a solder layer
Es is* auch bereits bekannt elektrische Kondensatoren mit Anodenkörpern aus Ventilmetall in der WeiseIt is * also already known electrical capacitors with anode bodies made of valve metal in the manner aufzubauen, daß für einen Kondensator mehrere Sinterkörper zu einer Einheit zusammengefaßt werden. So ist es beispielsweise aus der deutschen Patentschrift 1 101 67Λ bekannt mehrere Sinterkörper zu verwenden und die die Sinterkörper durchsetzenden Stromzuleibuild up that several sintered bodies are combined into one unit for a capacitor. For example, it is known from German patent specification 1 101 67Λ to use a plurality of sintered bodies and to supply the power supply through the sintered bodies tungen aus Ventilmetall miteinander zu verbinden bzw. eine gemeinsame Stromzuleitung für alle Sinterkörper in Draht- oder Bandform vozusehen. Bei dieser bekannten Ausführungsform handelt es sich jedoch nicht um Kondensatoren mit auf dem Anodenkörper aufgeconnections made of valve metal with each other or Provide a common power line for all sintered bodies in wire or ribbon form. However, this is not the case with this known embodiment around capacitors with on the anode body brachter Halbleiterschicht und einer leitenden Schicht, sondern um Kondensatoren mit einem flüssigen Elektrolyten.brought semiconductor layer and a conductive layer, but capacitors with a liquid electrolyte.
Aus der DT-AS 1 215 260 ist es weiter bekannt einen elektrischen Kondensator mit Halbleiterschicht in derIt is also known from DT-AS 1 215 260 electric capacitor with semiconductor layer in the

Das Trägerband kann anschließend so gefaltet werden, daß die leitenden Schichten der einzelnen Einso way to manufacture that on a tape of valve metal at a distance from each other manganese dioxide coatings and applied to these electrically conductive contact layers will. The carrier tape can then be folded so that the conductive layers of the individual one heiten miteinander in Kontakt kommen. Hierdurch ist die Vercome into contact with each other. With this be Known processes, capacitor units are also combined to form a single capacitor, but a single anode body is used here in Used in the form of a ribbon. This makes the Ver wendung von Sinterkörpern ausgeschlossen. Auch sind Übergangswiderstände zwischen den einzelnen aufeinanderliegenden leitenden Schichten vorhanden, da diese erst nach ihrer Herstellung miteinander in Kontakt gebracht werden.use of sintered bodies is excluded. Also are Contact resistances exist between the individual conductive layers lying on top of one another, since these only come into contact with one another after they have been produced to be brought.
Aus der deutschen Patentschrift 1 142 967 ist es bereits bekannt einen Kondensator mit Halbleiterschicht in der Weise herzustellen, daß zwei Sinterkörper ineinander angeordnet werden, so daß der eine SinterkörperA capacitor with a semiconductor layer is already known from German patent specification 1 142 967 in such a way that two sintered bodies are arranged one inside the other, so that the one sintered body

The German patent specification 1 121 731 also discloses a method for producing ceramic tubular capacitors known in which several dielectric tubes side by side in a hairpin shape bent wires are attached so that one end bent into a loop on the circumference of the ceramic tube resiliently rests by immersing in a solder bath, the ends of the wire with the tube soldered Under no circumstances should several units be connected to one another through the layers applied get connected.
In the method according to the invention, the individual anode bodies are arranged side by side in various ways so that they are applied when of the layers are connected to each other. For example, it is possible to use the individual anode grains themselves or by means of their lead wires in themselves known way to be attached to a common carrier, preferably made of valve metal. Here will be they are arranged according to the invention in groups that when creating or applying the layers the individual groups are connected to form a mechanical and electrical unit.
In F i g. B. eines Bandes, mehr als zwei Anodenkörper zu einer Einheit zu verbinden, indem sie in geeigneter Weise räumlich nahe nebeneinander angeordnet werden. and lc show the products of three process stages by which capacitors according to the invention are manufactured. First, as shown in FIG. 1a, several anode bodies are attached in groups to a common carrier 3 which, for example, like the anode body 1 and the lead wires 2, can consist of valve metal. The anode body 1 can, as in FIG. 1 shown schematically, for. B. be tantalum sintered bodies. According to the invention, two sintered bodies are arranged so closely next to one another that the two anode bodies are connected to form a unit when producing or applying layers. First, the anode bodies are subjected to electrical formation to produce a dielectric oxide layer. On the one hand, the oxide layer must completely cover the anode body 1 on all sides; on the other hand, this oxide layer grows into the interior of the anode body so that the two anode bodies are not yet connected to form a unit. Only when the semiconductor layer 4 is applied, as shown in Fi g. Ib is shown, the anode bodies are connected by this layer to form a unit. In Fig. Ic the process state after the application of the conductive layer 5 is shown. It may be sufficient if the anode bodies are first connected to form a unit through the layer 5. The conductive layer 5 can consist of several partial layers of different substances or several conductive layers can be applied to one another. The outermost conductive layer is preferably made of a low-melting alloy, which results in a particularly good connection of the anode bodies Capacitor is installed in a suitable envelope. The two anode bodies connected to one another can be electrically connected together while a second connection is attached to the conductive layer 5. In this way, a capacitor with a higher capacitance is obtained using individual, uniform anode bodies. It is of course also possible, using a suitable carrier, e.g. B. a tape to connect more than two anode bodies to form a unit by being arranged spatially close to one another in a suitable manner.
Die Verbindungsstelle wird beispielsweise kreuzförmig mit überstehenden Enden ausgeführt, wie dies bereits vorgeschlagen wurde, so daß eine durch Tauchen aufgebrachte Vergußmasse besser haftetA modification of the method according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 are shown here used as a carrier for the anode body 1 hairpin-shaped bent wire clips 6, the ends with the lead wires 2 are connected. The connection point is, for example, cross-shaped with protruding ends carried out, as has already been proposed, so that one applied by dipping Potting compound adheres better
NachAccording to FIG. 2, the wire clips 6 are resilient on both legs while in the embodiment according to FIG. 3 the wire clips are designed so that only one end has essential spring properties. The wire clip 6 in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 can be dimensioned such that between the individual anode bodies 1 a small amount Gap remains but it is also possible to press the anode bodies against each other resiliently, which the Formation of a complete dielectric layer on both anode bodies does not have to be an obstacle. To
After applying the semiconductor layer 4, an arrangement is obtained as shown in FIG. 2b is shown. The end product after the application of the conductive layer 5 is shown in FIG. 2c. Subsequently, as in FIG. 2d, a plastic layer 7 can be applied by dipping. Finally, the individual legs of the wire clip 6 are severed at the point shown by a dashed line. A bipolar electrical capacitor is obtained in this way.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3 are the two Anode body 1 attached together to the same leg of the wire clip 6, while the other Leg of the wire clip rests against the outside of an anode body or at a short distance of which is arranged. However, care must be taken that the leg of the wire clip in the Formation is not in contact with the anode body F i g. 3b again shows the state after the application of the Semiconductor layer 4 and FIG. 3c after applying the conductive layer 5. Finally, the Capacitor can again be provided with a plastic sleeve 7, as shown in FIG. 3d shown is that The plastic is preferably applied by dipping. Then the loop becomes the Wire clip 6 cut off. In the capacitor obtained in this way, the anode bodies are connected in parallel so that a polar capacitor of double capacity is obtained.
