Hilfsrelais mit Winkelanker
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Eilfsrelais, mit Winkelanker.
Eilferelais mit Winkelanker werden als Schneidankerrelais,.
Achsenanerrelais oder atumpfankerrelgis in großem Umfang
verwendet. ßchneidankerrelais besitzen dabei den besten
mag-
netischen Sahluß und ergeben die günstigste spezifische
Leistung. 8tumpfankerrelais weisen für die Werung des
.
Winkelankers keine gesonderte Schneide auf. Sie sind dem-
-
wand. Es wird dann jedoch häufig
ein gewisses Spiel der
Ankerhalterung in Kauf genommen, insbesondere
um eine ein-
fache und billige Montage zu erhalten. Relais mit einfachen
Haltefedern
sind dementsprechend preisgünstig. Allerdings streuen vor allem ihre
Ansprech- und Abfallwerte stärker als diejenigen Relais,
deren Ankerlagerung durch zusätz-
liche aufwendige
Mittel definierter ausgestaltet ist. Auxiliary relay with angle armature The invention relates to an auxiliary relay with an angled armature.
Rapid relays with angled armature are used as cutting armature relays.
Axle relay or atumpank relay on a large scale
used. Cutting armature relays have the best magnetic
netic Sahluß and yield the most favorable specific
Power. 8tumpankerrelais indicate the valuation of the .
Angle anchor does not have a separate cutting edge. You are dem- -
accordingly not as expensive as a cutting armature relay.
This ßelaip is used to hold the armature on the yoke
generally retaining screws or with butt anchor relays
also holding leather. .
Cutting blade relay or stump anchor relays are bekannt.- itself - through the use of retaining screws with springs can be in these relay a largely play-free pressing of the armature to the yoke achieve. This effort is not required when using simple retaining springs. However , a certain amount of play in the anchor holder is then often accepted , in particular in order to obtain simple and inexpensive assembly. Relays with simple retaining springs are accordingly inexpensive. However , their response and dropout values in particular spread more widely than those relays whose armature mounting is designed to be more defined by additional expensive means.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde,
ein Hilfsrela1 is
mit'Winkelanker zu erstellen, dessen Ankerlagerung
ohne
The invention has for its object to create a Hilfsrela1 is mit'Winkelanker whose armature bearing is formed without use of expensive means defined which is simple in construction and which is easy to assemble: This object is solved by the invention, DAB on the yoke of the auxiliary relay a from Plastic existing retaining film is attached, which is guided over the anchor to a further attachment point that there is a pressure on the anchor bearing . - Through the pressure exerted by the retaining film , the desired backlash-free armature bearing and thus more defined contact and drop values are achieved. Despite these advantages, the auxiliary relay according to the invention has a simple structure and can be manufactured simply and without adjusting the armature bearing. It is also advantageous that anchor bruises are also reduced by the retaining film.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the retaining film is
attached to the armature of the relay and has a T-shape. The broader one
Part of the retaining film lies between the anchor and the core, while the narrower part passes through
a slot is led from the anchor to the yoke. In this embodiment of the invention
In addition to the advantages set out above, the anchor can also be glued
prevented by the retaining film.

Despite a simple production without adjustment, strayments of the attack and waste values are greatly reduced by a retaining film. In addition, this retaining film also reduces bruises of the armature. In one example of the invention, the material film is used at the same time as a means of preventing the armature from sticking to the core of the relay.,.
