Hydraulic excavator drainage bucket The invention relates to a
Drainage spoons designed for hydraulic excavators with an ejector.-Such spoons
are known to serve when digging narrow and deep drainage trenches on
Spoon sticking dredged material off the spoon @ nLzub-strip. With the previous arrangements
in this way the ejector was only able to perform a small circular movement.
As a result, reliable emptying of the excavator bucket was not possible.
According to the invention, this deficiency is due to an inevitable kinematic
Guide the spoon fixed in such a way that the contents of the spoon during the
Upward movement around the pivoted around the free end of the extended dipperstick
and emptied the ejector guided over the bottom of the spoon with its cutting edge
will.
In a special embodiment of the invention, the ejector of a
be operated on the spoon rotatably mounted handlebar and the movement of this bearing point
through a connecting glass # heerfalge4p._ which in turn is on one of the bucket tipping cylinders
operated
and on the extended spoon arm pivotably mounted pivot lever.
14 schwenkbar gelagerten Umlenkhebel 15 erfolgt.

explained on the basis of the drawing. An exemplary embodiment is shown therein
1 shows the drainage spoon provided on a hydraulic excavator
when digging a drainage trench, FIG. 2 shows the spoon in that operating position
in which the ejector is located before the start of the emptying process and Fig.
3, finally, that operating position in which the ejector is completely
The spoon has been emptied. According to Fig. 1, with the help of the hydraulic
Excavator 1 the drainage bucket 2 in the drainage trench 3 over the boom main arm 4 and
moves the dipper stick 5 with the aid of the hydraulic cylinders 6 and 7. The trench 3 will
excavated in such a way that the trench profile 8 results. According to FIGS. 2 and 3 is
the ejector 9 passed away with its front free end over the bottom 10 of the spoon,
by being actuated by the handlebar 11 rotatably mounted on the spoon and the movement
the bearing point 12 provided on the spoon takes place through the connecting plate 13,
which in turn are actuated by the bucket tilting cylinder 7 and on the extended bucket arm
14 pivotably mounted deflection lever 15 takes place. The piston rod 16 of the bucket tip cylinder
7 engages the pin 17, which is also attached to the reversing lever 15. The kinematic
The ejector 9 is guided to the bottom of the spoon 10 in such a way that during
of the emptying process, i.e. when the spoon moves upwards, too
the ejector moves in this direction, but it remains opposite to the movement of the spoon
return. This means that the contents of the spoon are properly stripped off
just above the bottom of the spoon, which means in the upper end position of the spoon
has led to complete emptying.
