rohr an dessen Stirnflansch fest verbunden und kann sich

führung nach der Erfindung überhaupt nicht erforderlich.

Die Querunterteiluag des glatten Mantelrohres bildet ; A
kein Problem mehr. Einige einfache Dehnangsdichtmuffen be-
kneter Ausführung reichen vollkommen aus, um die erforder-
liche Wärmedehnungsmöglichkeit in der Längsrichtung zu ge-
ans
währleisten. Bildet man das Mantelrohr mit dem Zylindern-
schlußstutzen aber doppelwandig aus und läßt durch den so-
gewonnenen Hohlraum ein Kühlmittel fließen, dann ist auch
eine Unterteilung des Mantelrohres niches erforderlich, da
sich seine Temperatur und damit seine Wärmedehnung kaum
oder garnicht von der Notorwandung unterscheidet.
In der Zeicbug sind'mehrere Ausführungabiqe-
le von Auspuffleitungen nach der Erfindung dargestellt und

Das Mantelrohr 1 ; das die AnschluBstun 2*9 für
die einzelnen Zylinder an der nicht dargestellten Brenn-
kraftaaschine trägt, ist an einem Ende sit einem Deckel 10
verschlossen uaA weist am anderen offenen AnsohluJßende
einen Flauseh 11 auf. Das kantelrohr 1 ist beix Auefüh-
rungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1-5 an drei Stellen unterteilt =d
in bekaimter Weise mit DehmmgsdichtBMffen versehen. Diese
bestehen aus einem muffenartig erweiterten Ansatz 12, in
den ein ringartiger Ansatz 13 des benachbarten Mantel-
rohrteiles eingreift, welcher die Biohtelelemente, 8. B.
raekangaringe 14 trägt. Da zwischen den Santelrohrteilen
in der Längsrichtung genügend Spiel vorhanden ist, besteht
hier eine sehr gute Warmedehnungsmöglichkeit der Nantelrohr-
teile gegeneinander. In das innen glatte Mantelrohr ist der
Rohrkern eingeschoben, der entsprechende strahlenförmige
Wände 15, 16. 17 und 18 aufweist (siehe Fig. 2-4), die zu-
summen mit dem Mantelrohr 1 die verschiedenen unterteil-
ten Gruppenleitungen bilden. Um. die zugehörigen Auspuffgas-
strume in die gemeinsamen Gruppenleitungen einzuführen, sind
die Trennwände 15-18 in Höhe der letzten vier Zylindern-
sehlüsse in bekannter Weise schraubenförmig verwenden. dan
dureh wird es mögliche die AnsehluBstutzen selbst einfach
und kurz zu gestalten und doch immer die richtige- Qmppen-
leitung an die Stutzenmandung heranzuführen. Bei der &estal-
tsng der Auspuffleitung nach der Erfindung bieten diese not-
wendige Leitungsverbindungen keinerlei Schwierigkeiten bei
der Herstellung. Der Leitungskern mit den Trennwänden wird
vom offenen Anschlußende des Mantelrohres1in diesen ein-
geschoben und die beiden Flanschen 11 und 19 miteinander
verbunden. Der Leitungskern hatam gesehlossenenSnde des
Xantelrehres 1 genügend Raum furseine Wärmelängsdehnang.
Das Mantelrohr 1 ist noch von einer Isolierschicht 20
umgeben. die nach außen durch ein donnes Abdeckblech 21
geschützt ist.
Die Auspuffleitung nach Fig. 6 und 7 für eine
SechtUBylinderbrennkraftmaschine unterscheidet sich von r
Leitung nach Fig. 1-5 in erster Linie dadurch, daß daß Kern-
stück 22 geschlossene ruppenleitungen 23 und 24 auf-
weist, d. h. das Mantelrohr 1 kommt mit den Auxpuffgacen
überhaupt nicht mehr in Berührung. Die Aussenwände 2
der Gruppenleitungen 23 und 24 sind derart ausgebildet,
daß zwischen ihnen und der Innenwand des Mantelrohres 1
Rohlräu, ne 26 vor-haaden oimd# ia denen sich Luft als Iso-
liermittel für das Mantelrohr 1 nach außen befindete. Bas
Mantelrohr 1 ist an zwei Stellen unterteilt umd die StS
fugen entweder durch einfaohe Schiebehüleen 217 überdeckt
oder durch KolbenringatopMohsen 28 abgedichtet. Die Be-
festigung des Kernstückes 22 nach seinem Einschieben in
das Mantelrohr 1 erfolgt ebenfalls am Rohrflansch H
des Mantelrohres 1 mittels des Flansches 19. Gegen das
durch den Deckel 10 abgeschlossene Ende des Mantelrohres
1 kann sich das Kernstüok. 22 unbeschränkt ausdehneno
Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 8 und 9 ist das
Mantelrohr 30 einschließlich der Anschlußstutzen 2-7 dos-
pelwandig ausgeführt* Die beiden Rohrwandungen umschließen
einen Raum 31 zur Aufnahme eines Kühlmittels durch daß
die Temperatur des Rohren 30 so niedrig gehalten wird
daß eine Unterteilung desselben aus Wärmeausdehnungsgrünclen
nicht mehr erforderlich ist Das gekühlte Mantelrohr. 30
weist annähernd die gleiche Temperatur wie die Notorwandun-
gen auf. Das Kernstück 22 ist in gleicher Weise wie bei
den Ausführungen nach Fig 6 und 7, ausgebildet. Die aft
isolierriume 26 sizd lediglich durch eine entsprechende
