Um die Rückstände, welche sieh beim Aufbrühen von Kaffee oder Tee
in der Kanne befinden, beim Singlessen des Getränkes in die Tasse,
zurückzuhalten ( au sieben ) bediente man sich bisher eines Siebes,
welches mit der einen Hand über die Tasse gehalten werden musste,
während mit der anderen Hand das Getränk durch das Sieb gegossen wurde· Das Sieb musste nach Gebrauch auf eine bereitstehende
