Der Binder wird von zwei Deckeln I und II gebildet, von denen der eine (I) aus einem, der andere (II) aus zwei Theilen α und b besteht. Die letzteren sind derart mit einander verbunden, dafs sich α um die Axe c c, Fig. 4, aufklappen läfst, während b durch eine elastische Vorrichtung, etwa zwei Gummiringe d d, an dem unteren Deckel I festgehalten wird, Fig. 2.The binder is formed by two covers I and II, one of which (I) consists of one, the other (II) of two parts α and b .
