KLASSE 22 α. 2J CLASS 22 α. 2Y
In the further pursuit of the invention protected by patent 158148, cl. 22a, relating to a process for the preparation of yellow mordant dyes, in which aliphatic coupling substances, ß-diketones of the acetoacetic ester type, have been found to be used instead "of the salicylic acid derivatives used there also the derivatives of o-amidophenol, namely but their sulphonic acids react with bodies of the β-ketone aldehyde type are able to step and thereby form dyes, which are differentiated by the valuable Distinguish the nuances of their lacquers, especially the copper lacquer. The formation of these bodies could not be foreseen without further ado, as it is known that on the one hand the diazo compounds the o-amidophenol derivatives react very slowly, on the other hand the ß-diketones,
z. B. acetoacetic ester, are generally not long-lasting in alkaline solution.
By combining the diazotized sulfonic acids of o-amidophenol and its substitution products with the derivatives of ß-ketone aldehyde mentioned in patent 158148, in which the hydrogen aldehyde is replaced by alkyl, alphyl, alkyloxy and alphylamido groups, i.e. acetoacetic ester, acetylacetone, acetoacetanilide, ( -toluid, -xylid), benzoylacetone, dyes were obtained which, depending on the nature of the substituting groups (C /, CH 3 , NO 2 , etc.) give colorations from green-yellow to red shades, their copper and chrome lacquers moreover differ from those of the main patent are characterized by their increased rubbing fastness.
These dyes are represented according to the following examples:
Soda zufügt.18.8 kg o-Amidophenolsulfosäure are diazotized with 18 kg of hydrochloric acid 20 0 B. and 6.9 kg of sodium nitrite in the usual manner. The diazo solution is allowed to shrink under stirring in a solution of 11 kg of acetylacetone in 13.5 kg of sodium hydroxide of 40 0 B. and about 200 1 of water / the one still 7 kg calc. Adding soda.
After stirring for several hours, it is warmed up. Crystallized on addition of common salt the dye as a brick-red, crystalline powder. He is pressed and dried. The dye stains wool in an acidic bath a pale light yellow. With copper sulphate it becomes a strong yellow with get a green overview. An orange-yellow paint is created on the chrome pre-stain. By Bichromate destroys the dye.
Beispiel II. g0 Example II. G 0
2O>3 kg 3-Amido-4-kresol-5-sulfosäure werden mit 18 kg Salzsäure (200 B.) und 6,9 kg Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Man läßt sodann einlaufen in eine gekühlte Lösung von 14 kg 2O> 3 kg of 3-amido-4-cresol-5-sulfonic acid are diazotized with 18 kg of hydrochloric acid (20 0 B.) and 6.9 kg of sodium nitrite. It is then allowed to run into a cooled solution of 14 kg
