Der Teil b der Festongabel ist an seinem Ende leicht nach vorn gebogen und besitzt einen seitlichen Fortsatz d, welcher nach der gleichen Seite abgebogen ist, während dessen Ende e nach der entgegengesetzten Seite umgebogen ist, wobei dasselbe jedoch nicht über die Fläche des Teiles b, welche der Stofffläche zugekehrt wird (Fig. 4), hinausragt, um ein Anliegen von e an den Stoff bei Benutzung des Werkzeuges als Stoffdrücker zu vermeiden.
