Description

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Aufbereiten von Geflügelkot od. dgl. zu Düngemittel In der Hauptpatentschrift ist ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbereiten von Geflügelkot zu Düngemittel beschrieben, wobei organische Stoffe dem Kot zugesetzt werden, denen ein hohes Auflockerungsvermögen innewohnt. Als solche dienen hydrophile Schaumkunststoffe, die mit dem Kot vermischt werden und das Gemisch wird dann unter Zutritt von Luft in einer langsam umlaufenden Schleudervorrichtung zerkleinert,.worauf die Mischung in luftdurchlässigen Kästen mehrere Tage einer biologischen Umwandlung unterzogen wird. Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man in weiterer vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgedankens, der in der Hauptpatentschrift enthalten ist, die Mischung auch in Säcke einfüllen kann, diese Säcke dann auf Paletten aufstellen *ind ,die Eletten in beheizbare und belüftbare Räume, für die Zeit der biologischen Umwandlung, verbringen kann. Der Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens liegt darin, daß man dann, wenn man perforierte Säcke verwendet, diese sofort nach dem Füllen zubinden kann, weil durch die Perforation ein genügender Lufteintritt möglich ist. Falls man nichtperforierte Säcke verwendet, so müssen diese wohl offen stehen bleiben und können erst nach der biologischen Umwandlung zugebunden werden, doch ist damit auch schon die fertige Packung gegeben und ein zusätzlicher Arbeitsgang, der hohe Kosten verursacht, wird eingespart. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, daß man derartige Paletten, die erfindungsgemäß mit einem Geländer versehen sind, übereinander setzen kann, so daß die Raumausnutzung des Raumes, wo die biologische Umwandlung durchgeführt wird, eine äußerst günstige ist.
