Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung" von ein-, zwei- und mehrteiligen Heiz- und Kühlkörpern, Kondensatoren und Dampfkesseln, insbesondere für Motorwagen; dasselbe besteht darin, daß zunächst durch einen besonderen Walzprozeß mit Heizrippen versehene Profilplatte!! hergestellt und dann erst in letztere halbringförmige Rillen eingestanzt, gepreßt oder gewalzt werden. Die so durch zwei Walzoder Stanzprozesse erhaltenen Profilstücke werden aus einem Stück zu einem Körper durch Umklappen um die mittlere Walzrille mittels Domes umgebogen und dann durch Niete, Schrauben aufeinander befestigt und nach Bedarf noch verlötet. Die halbringförmigen Teile der beiden aufeinander geklappten oder gelegten Profilstücke bilden röhrenförmige Hohlräume, welche normal oder parallel zu den äußeren Rippen laufen.
