daß die antistatische Eigenschaft der so behandelten Kunstharze dazu neigtv beim

A disadvantage of most synthetic resins is that they tend to build up electrostatically. of molded articles, films, fibers and the like from the synthetic resins and in the use of these finished articles .. z, s are already many ant2-static agents for synthetic resins

IL-Larze brings to the deposit. The disadvantage of this approach, however, is that the antistatic property of the synthetic resins so treated tends to decrease and disappear upon rubbing, washing or other treatment or simply with the lapse of time. Traditionally, to avoid this, art # is given. Resins antistatic property by adding various cationic surfactants, niöhtionic surfactants such as alkylene oxide adducts and fatty acid esters of polyhydric alcohols, various ampholytic surfactants and their salts with organic amines or with metals, anionic surfactants such as phosphates or sulfonates, etc. incorporated into this rarity. nonionic surfactants have good heat resistance. However, their antistatic effect is poor. It is therefore a first object of the invention to develop internal antistatic agents for synthetic resins which are excellent in antistatic activity as well as high in heat resistance. The second object of this invention is to find methods by which synthetic resins can be rendered antistatic. A third object of the invention is to provide synthetic resins with good antistatic property which, when --.- zen no unwanted discoloration or

Other objects and features of the invention will become apparent from the detailed description below. It has been found that synthetic resins are imparted with excellent antistatic property without impairing the various physical properties of the resins for practical purposes when a obärf lächenaX - t - ires p the at least one basic nitrogen atom (ie, mixture / or as and when compound) adds a certain anionic oberflächenaktives.Mittel in jeaer desired shape to these resins particular, it was found that. the compound or composition obtained by mixing at least one surfactant containing at least one basic nitrogen atom with at least one anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of phosphorus-containing surfactants and surfactants of the sulfonic acid type, the same degree of thermal stability as said anionic one, excellent calibrates heat ... or the composition contains a surfactant having at least one basic carbon atom, aleo a surfactant which is generally known to be unsatisfactory in terms of its thermal stability, and it has also been found that the addition of such a compound or composition to synthetic resins is not leads to discoloration of these synthetic resins. It has also been found that the aforesaid compound or composition synergistically imparts antistatic properties to synthetic resins. As the surfactant having at least one basic nitrogen atom, any of the conventional surfactants of this kind can be used according to the invention. They can be divided into cationic, ampholytic and nonionic surfactants. Illustrative examples of cationic surfactants which can be used in accordance with the invention are salts of primary amines, eg salts of primary monoalkylamines with hydrochloric acid, orthophosphoric acid and lactic acid; Salt-secondary amines, e.g. salts of secondary dialkylamines and alkyl-ß- hydroxyethylamines with hydrochloric acid, orthophosphoric acid and lactic acid, salts of tortiary amines, e.g. salts of trialkylamines, monoalkyldi-ß-hydroxyethylamines, AG-yloxyalkyldiethyl -.- aminendiäti X-Aoy14 , Alkoxyalkyldimethylamineng Alkylaryloxyalkyldläthylaminenp Alkylpolyoxyalkylen-.dimethylaminen and Alkylarylpolyoxyalkylenediethylamines with Balzsäurot orthophosphoric acid and lactic acid; Salts desquaternären Amm.oniums such Alkyltrimethylainmoniumsalze, Dialkyldiäthylammoniumsalze, Alkyldim ethylbenzylammoniumbalzet-alkyl-.beta.-hydroxyäthyldimethyla = onium salts, .Alky-'Liri - (, ßhydroxyäthyl) ammoniiimsalze, AlkoxyalkyltriäthylaLrunoniumsalze, Alkoxyalkyltrimethylammoniumsalze, Alkoxyalkyldi- (ßhydroxyäthyl) methylammoniumsalzeg N-Acylaminoalkyldiäthylbenzylammoniumsalze- .
festzustellen.

Measurement of the specific resistance: Using a super megohmmeter model SM-10 from TOA BLECTRONIOS ITD. the specific electrical resistance (surface and / or volume resistance) of the test piece was measured under the same conditions as above. 3. Cigarette wetness test: A test piece was rubbed 30 times with a clean cotton cloth and held 1 am over the fresh cigarette ash, and it was observed whether or not it showed electrostatic attraction under the same condition as above, Tables 1 to 6 show that the synthetic resins to which antistatic property has been given according to the invention have a lower static electricity or a lower specific resistance than the same synthetic resins when they were treated with only one of the surfactants. A synergistic antistatic property can therefore be found. Tables 1 to 6 also show that the antistatic agents according to the invention have good thermal stability in the synthetic resins. The antistatic agents of the invention show good compatibility with the synthetic resins and are free from excessive blooming tendency due to the combination of the two types of surfactants as components. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention in more detail, but it is to be understood that any desired surface-active. Substance that falls under the above general description of the invention can be substituted for those given in the examples in an appropriate amount and gives comparable results. In the following examples, parts are considered to be legitimate. Example 1 The antistatic agent of the invention was prepared by mixing 60 parts of stearylamine hydrochloride (A) with 40 parts of potassium tetrapropylene glycol lauryl ether phosphate (B) and heating the resulting mixture to about 80 to 90 ° C. 0, 7 parts of the antistatic agent thus prepared and 100 parts of polypropylene pellets were placed in a drum to mix uniformly. The polypropylene was then pressed into films 0.2 mm thick. Samples of the same propylene, each containing only surfactants (A) and (B), were processed into films in the same manner as before. The antistatic and thermal properties of these oils are shown in Table 1 (No. 1 ). The properties of other films obtained like the previous ones but containing various antistatic agents are also shown in Table 1 (No. 2 and No. 3). Example 2 Various polyethylene pellets which individually contained the antistatic agents of the invention or in each case their components, that is to say the surface-active substances, were produced in Example 1 . The polyethylenes were then extruded into polien, braids or threads. The antistatic and thermal properties are shown in Table-2 (No. 5 to No. 7). Table 2 also lists the surface-active substances. Example 3 Various ABS pellets containing the antistatic agents according to the invention or each of its components individually as shown in Table 3 were prepared as in Example 1. Spools and foils were molded from these pellets. The properties are summarized in Table 3 (No. 9 to: No. 11). Example 4 Various polyamide films containing the antistatic agents of the invention or each of its components individually, as shown in FIG. 4, were molded as in Example 1. The FC properties of these films are shown in Table 4 (No. 13 and No. 14). Example 5 0.75 part of the salt of an ampholytic surface-active substance (Z) v # 0.25 part of potassium pentethylene glycol ol lauryl ether phosphate (A '), 50 parts of dioethyl phthalate, 2.0 parts of dibutyl tin dilaurate # 096 parts of cadmium stearate and 0.4 parts of barium m-stearate were added to 100 parts of Julver polyvinyl chloride. After uniformly blending in, the mixture was ground and formed into sheets 1 mm thick. In addition, films were produced from the same polymer as above, each containing the components, i.e. the surface-active substances (Z) and (A ') . The antistatic and thermal properties of these films are shown in Table 5 (No. 16). The same procedures were repeated using surfactants (B1) and (C1), whereby the results shown in Table 5 (No. 17) were obtained. Example 6 To 100 parts of Sannix Triol GP 3000 (propylene oxide adducts of glycerine: M.vi. 3000, SA1ZY0 C # MMICAL INDUSTRY COLIPANY, LTD., Japan) in a mixer equipped with a propeller stirrer, 0.5 parts were added with stirring Potassium decaethylene glycol lauryl ether phosphate (Df) and 0.5 parts di-ßhydroxyäthyllaurylamin (EI) added as an antistatic agent, further 0.2 part Dabeo, dissolved in 4.5 parts water 2.0 parts silicone L- 520.0; 4 parts of Catalyst T-9 and 54.0 parts of toluene diisocyanate, followed by vigorous mixing for 10 seconds at about 1000 revolutions per minute. removed from the mixer and brought in'einen case, 0 and then the foam was in an oven for 15 minutes at 70th C cured. This urethane foam was cut into 1 cm thick "plates, and the test pieces were prepared as in the case of iron films. The each component, so the surfactants (D1) and (EI) of polyurethane foam, containing, molded in the same Yieise as - for comparison, test pieces were.
