Blei dienen. Als organische Säure können Verbindungen wie 2-Äthyl-Hexan-,
Iraurin-,
Stearin-, Benzoe- oder B'aphthensäure verwendet werden.
Cetyl-, Nonyl-, Dodecyl- und Didodecylphenol kommen
als
Phenole (Bestandteil II) in Betracht. Für die Phenolate
(Bestandteil II) können Calcium, Zink, Cadmium, Barium
und Blei dienen. Als Bestandteil III können Verbindun-
gen wie Triphenyl-, Trioctyl-, Tridodecyl-, Trinonylphe-
nyl-, Dioctylmonophenyl-, Decyldiphenyl- und Didecylmo-
nophenylphoophit eingesetzt werden. Epoxydiertee Soja-
bohnenöl, Mais- und Baumwollsamenöl kommen als Bestand-
teil IV ebenso wie Epoxyetearate in Frage. Als mehrwer-
tiger Alkohol (Be-standteil V) dienen Verbindungen
wie
Trimethylolpropan, Dipentearythrit und.Bisphenol
A.
Trikresyl--

Such a mixture has an extremely favorable, completely unexpected synergistic effect. Halogen-containing polymers stabilized in this way show excellent heat capacity. In addition, they are distinguished by excellent transparency, excellent durability, excellent weather resistance and good sliding properties. Stabilizing mixtures which are composed of the three components I, 1I and III are known. The stabilizing effect of such a mixture is shown by curve A of the diagram shown in the drawing, in which the point in time of the decomposition of the polymer when a rolling test is carried out at 1800 C depends on the amount of Stabilization® mixture within the limits mentioned above is registered. Curves B and C are also drawn in this diagram, and curve B represents the stabilizing effect as it is calculated from the addition of the stabilizing effects of the individual components IV. The curve Q shows the actual stabilizing effect of the mixture according to the invention as determined by experiments. The comparison of the two curves A and 0 shows the significant increase in the o2- stabilization achieved according to the invention, during the
equal to the two curves B and C the syaergistic effect can be recognized.
Calcium, zinc, cadmium, barium and lead can serve as metal components of the constituents I. Compounds such as 2-ethyl-hexane, iraurine, Stearic, benzoic or b'aphthenic acid can be used.
Cetyl, nonyl, dodecyl and didodecyl phenol come as
Phenols (component II) into consideration. For the phenates
(Component II) can be calcium, zinc, cadmium, barium
and lead serve. As part III, connections
genes such as triphenyl, trioctyl, tridodecyl, trinonylphe-
nyl, dioctylmonophenyl, decyldiphenyl and didecylmo
nophenylphoophit are used. Epoxidized Soy Tea
bean oil, corn and cottonseed oil come as constituents
part IV as well as epoxy etearates in question. As a multi-value
tiger alcohol (component V) are used for compounds such as
Trimethylolpropane, dipentearythritol and bisphenol A.
The individual constituents I - Y are produced by known methods. The vinyl chloride polymers bsw. Commercially available plasticizers can also be added to copolymers. Among them are au understand esters of phthalic acid, adpin, citric, se
bacic acid or phosphate plasticizers such as zoB. Tricresyl--
phosphato.
The polymers or copolymers of vinyl chloride stabilized with a mixture according to the invention are processed in a known and customary manner.
