Agricultural transport and towing vehicle or construction vehicle.
The invention relates to an agricultural transport and towing vehicle or construction vehicle
with wheels of the same size arranged in two sets of wheels, of which the front set of wheels
one to the front and the rear wheel set one that protrudes backwards and is height-adjustable
Linkage and of which the one wheel set the driver's area with the controls
carries, and with a drive device for a similar in both directions of travel
Drive, with facilities for operating the vehicle in one of the driver's cabs
or other direction of travel are provided.
in beiden Fahrtrichtungen zuläßt.
also
Kupplung
oder Bremse herstellen. Somit kann das
Fahrzeug in beiden Fahrtrichtungen
An jeder
For motor vehicles of this type, it is necessary to be able to use them in both directions of travel in order to be able to use them under very different working conditions. In order to meet these requirements, an agricultural tractor has already become known which has four steerable wheels and a transmission that allows the same travel speeds in both directions. The driver's compartment including the operating linkage and the seat is only arranged for forward travel. When reversing, the driver has to operate the linkage, which is offset by 180o, while looking to the rear. The driver's posture is uncomfortable and tiring, so that the possibility of reversing in the same way cannot be used to the required extent (German patent 1 150 292). Also known is a tractor with a seat which can be swiveled optionally in one of the two directions of travel and on which various pedals for operating the vehicle are also arranged. The steering device and, above all, the shift lever for the speed change gearbox are mounted on the side of the seat, fixed to the vehicle. When reversing, the shift paths of the shift levers are reversed, so that difficulties in shifting are inevitable. The seat is also arranged next to the transmission housing, so that when driving forwards the engine hood lies in the driver's field of vision in a disruptive manner. Furthermore, the steering wheel and the gear shift levers can only be operated with one hand, namely the left hand. The steering device must therefore be released to switch the speed change gear. This makes it much more difficult to operate the vehicle and also restricts its usability (German patent 1 121 946). Furthermore, a tractor with a vertical steering column is known from German patent specification 1 085 776, at the foot of which a seat is mounted so as to be pivotable by 1800. Since the arrangement of the corresponding operating elements is not evident from this document, this version is only suitable to a limited extent for changing directions of travel. The invention is based on the object of improving the usability of such a motor vehicle in such a way that the same operating conditions exist for the driver in each of the two directions of travel. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that all operating devices including the driver's seat are arranged on a turntable which can be rotated optionally in one of the two directions of travel. According to a further feature of the invention, the switching transmission between the operating devices on the turntable and the rods mounted on the vehicle frame takes place via flexible transmission elements. With this arrangement there is no interruption of the connection between the actuating elements and the parts to be actuated on the vehicle, such as the clutch and brake. This guarantees optimal operational safety. Another - mechanical - possibility of actuation is according to the invention that the switching transmission between the operating devices on the turntable and the rods mounted on the vehicle frame is carried out by two sets of bumpers offset by 180o on the turntable and arranged in mirror image, connected to the operating devices arranged linkage is assigned. The rearward-projecting bumpers, which are arranged in mirror image and are actuated in the same direction, also actuate the means that establish the connection to the actuated elements such as clutch or brake. The vehicle can thus be driven in the same direction in both directions using the same operating devices. According to the invention, the steering wheel is connected in a known manner via a chain drive or the like to a shaft which is mounted concentrically to the turntable and which is connected to the steering device. The connection of the steering wheel to the shaft mounted concentrically to the turntable makes it possible to bring the turntable with the operating elements arranged on it into the position corresponding to the direction of travel. There is therefore no need for an auxiliary drive that would otherwise be required. According to a further feature of the invention, a safety device is provided through which one or more control functions of the operating devices only come into operation when one of the two end positions of the turntable is assumed. This eliminates another source of uncertainty, since the journey can only be continued if the operating devices are in an exact position. According to the invention, the turntable can be rotated by means of an auxiliary drive. This drive relieves the operator during the change of direction. According to the invention, the convertible top or driver's cab is arranged on the turntable. By rotating the convertible top or the driver's cab, the operator has the same visibility even after changing the direction of travel. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown schematically in the drawing and are described in more detail below. 1 shows a motor vehicle in side view; 2 shows the motor vehicle in plan view; 3 shows the motor vehicle in a front view; 4 shows an enlarged sectional view through the driver's cab with flexible transmission elements; Fig ». 5 shows a plan view of the driver's cab according to FIG. 4; 6 shows an enlarged sectional view through the driver's cab with mechanical transmission elements; 7 shows a plan view of the driver's cab according to FIG a rear wheel set 2, the wheels of which have the same diameter and which are connected to one another by a longitudinal frame or spar 3. A driver's cab 4 is arranged on the front wheel set 1, while, for example, a drive device 5 consisting of an engine and a transmission is provided on the rear wheel set 2. Each of the two wheel sets 1 and 2 also carries a three-point linkage 6, preferably height-adjustable with an automatically working and / or manually operated power hitch, a PTO shaft 7, which can be driven in a known manner and / or switched on and off depending on the engine and / or distance and / or under load , and a hitch B. On the frame 3 behind the cab 4 is a loading platform 9, which is expediently tiltable with the help of a servo motor and also designed to be easy to attach and detach by means of quick-release fasteners. When the platform 9 is dismantled, as is customary with equipment carriers, intermediate-axle devices can be attached to the spar 3, for example a seed drill or a fertilizer spreader or chopping device. Of course, these inter-axle devices can be combined with one or more devices on one or both three-point linkages 6. A loading arm 30, pointing in one or the other direction of travel, as required, can also be arranged on the spar 3, as indicated in phantom in FIGS. 1 and 2. The loading arm 30 is preferably designed as an overhead loader and, for example, can be pivoted backwards from the lowered position to the position 30 '. The driver's cab 4 is built on a turntable 10 which rests with its stationary part 10 ′ on the wheel set 1. Arranged on this turntable 10 are a driver's seat 11, a steering wheel 12 arranged on a steering column 12 'and, as further operating devices, pedals 13 for clutch, brake and gas, further hand lever 14 for the hydraulic devices, as well as a hand lever 15 for gear shifting and finally one Hand brake lever 16. The gear shift lever 15 is preferably designed as a steering wheel shift lever. The turntable 10 is equipped with a per se known stop and latching device 17 (FIG. 5), by means of which two positions, offset by 180o to one another, are established, which are directed forwards and backwards. After releasing this latching device 17, the turntable 10 can be rotated with all of the fittings mounted on it, so that the driver looks forward once and backwards at the other. Since the operating devices 12 to 16 arranged on the turntable 10, including the driver's seat 11, perform this rotation in the same way, they maintain their position relative to one another, so that the driver finds the same operating conditions in both positions of the turntable 10. From the driver's point of view, it does not matter whether you drive forwards or backwards. The rotation of the turntable 10 can be done by hand, but the arrangement of an electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic auxiliary drive, for example in the form of an energy storage device, which is recharged during the subsequent journey, is also conceivable. Of course, a drive connection to the vehicle drive device 5 can also be established in order to achieve the rotation of the turntable 10. The transmission of the switching and steering movements from the. Turntable 10 on the part fixed to the vehicle erfdlgt according to the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5 via flexible transmission elements 18, which are designed as hydraulic lines in the exemplary embodiment shown and at the end facing the respective operating device 12 to 16 a master piston 19 or the like and at the other Have an adjusting piston 20 at the end. The master pistons 19 are each connected to one of the operating devices 12 to 16 and the adjusting pistons 20 are connected to the corresponding unit, the brakes, the clutch, the steering device, the hydraulic devices and the transmission. The transmission elements 18 form an arc or a loop around the pivot point of the turntable 10, the turntable 10 being able to rotate through 180o by changing the arc or loop diameter. The minimum bending radius of the transmission elements 18 is not fallen below. It can be seen that when one of the operating devices 12 to 16 is actuated, the assigned master piston 19 is adjusted and the connected unit is thus actuated by a corresponding displacement of the adjusting piston 20. The switching transmission can of course also be carried out electrically, the flexible transmission elements 18 being designed as electrical lines. Pneumatic power transmission is also conceivable. The switching transmission can finally take place mechanically, as can be seen from FIGS. 6 and 7. In these figures, in order to obtain a good overview, only the steering wheel 12 and the pedals 13 are indicated. The pedals 13 are connected to shafts 21 rotatably mounted on the turntable 10. On each of these shafts 21 an upwardly projecting lever 22 and a downwardly projecting lever 23 are arranged, on each of which a bumper 24 or 25 is articulated. The arrangement is such that the bumpers 24 protrude to the rear and the bumpers 25 protrude to the front. All bumpers 24 and 25 pierce the circumferential wall 10 ″ and end in the vicinity of the circumference of the turntable 10 and preferably at the same distance therefrom. Furthermore, the bumpers 24 are arranged in a mirror image of the bumpers 25, so that the respective rearwardly projecting bumpers 24 or 25 to lie in a commonly assigned location come. at each of these locations formed on the fixed vehicle frame as bumpers or transmission lever linkage 26 are provided which are each connected to the actuated unit. It can be seen that in each of these two positions of the turntable 10 either the bumpers 24 or the bumpers 25 are opposite the vehicle-mounted linkage set 26. Since the rearwardly projecting bumpers 24 or 25 are actuated in the same direction, the linkage 26 is actuated in the same way, so that the vehicle is driven in the same direction in both directions Control devices 12 to 16 can be operated in the same way. As already described, the steering wheel can be equipped with a hydraulic steering device or, as indicated in FIGS Are connected, the shaft 29 actuates the steering device. It can be seen that when the turntable 10 is rotated from one position to another, the steering wheel 12 also rotates. By locking the turntable 10 in the respective end position, for example by means of a device corresponding to the latching device 17, the rotation of the steering wheel 12 is transmitted to the steering device. After unlocking the turntable 10 , it is conceivable to turn the turntable 10 into the other position by turning the steering wheel 12. The drive of the vehicle can be designed as a two-wheel or all-wheel drive. An infinitely variable transmission can also be advantageous, which can be adjusted only by pivoting the shift lever 15, if necessary by means of a servo motor. Accordingly, all-wheel steering can also be provided. Mechanical, electrical and / or hydraulic transmission is provided depending on the requirements and the application. It is also conceivable to design only that part of the driver's compartment that is used by the driver to operate the vehicle to be pivotable. For example, the driver's cab 4 can remain stationary and with it the seats for the passenger (s). Finally, in the case of hydraulic power transmission, it is also conceivable to arrange a safety valve that is assigned to the steering, for example. This safety valve allows a power transmission only in the two end positions of the driver's cab 4, while this is blocked in each intermediate position. In this way, driving with an improperly pivoted cab is prevented. Of course, instead of this safety valve, another safety device can also be installed, by means of which one or more essential control functions are interrupted when the driver's cab is not completely pivoted.
