an.
Such thermocouples are found in a known embodiment. form a sleeve pushed onto the sleeve-like ground conductor on the head part of the thermocouple and permanently connected to this sleeve, which is also designed as a fastening part. For this purpose, the sleeve is provided with a stop shoulder and, if necessary, with one or more grooves if the position of the thermocouple can be clearly determined from the outset. However, in order to achieve a variable setting of the position of the head part of such a thermocouple to the burner flame and to facilitate the interchangeability of the thermocouple, the object of the invention is to create a corresponding thermocouple. This object is achieved on a thermocouple of the type mentioned in that a ground conductor tube provided with an outer stop shoulder and an inner seat is pushed onto the insulating sleeve and the head part up to the seat and one with an inner shoulder and with an adjustable 'holder of the thermocouple An externally threaded fastening sleeve is provided, which is pushed from the hot soldering point onto the ground conductor tube up to the stop between the inner shoulder of the fastening sleeve and the outer stop shoulder of the ground conductor tube and through notches that are pressed in from the outside of the fastening sleeve from the outside of the fastening sleeve to prevent twisting with the ground conductor tube connected is. This ensures that the thermocouple can be attached to brackets with a corresponding internal thread or with a screw connection on both sides. Due to the external thread on the fastening sleeve, the position of the thermocouple head can be adapted from case to case with respect to the heating burner flame, whereby an optimum thermal current is also achieved. Another feature of the invention is that an annular groove is attached to the outer jacket of the fastening sleeve approximately at the level of its inner shoulder, in the bottom of which the notches serving to prevent rotation are attached. In this way, the securing sleeve is secured against rotation with respect to the actual thermocouple in a simple operation. Furthermore, it is provided according to the invention that the annular groove is narrower than the thickness of a fastening nut attached to the external thread of the fastening sleeve. This ensures that the gas external thread is not distorted when notches are pressed in and that a fastening nut can also be screwed on over the ring groove without resistance. The object of the invention is explained in an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing, which only shows the head part of a thermocouple in section. The illustrated thermocouple has in a manner known per se a head part, generally designated by the reference numeral 10, with a pin-like inner current conductor 11 and a sleeve-like outer ground conductor 12. The two conductors 11 and 12 are electrically conductively connected at their free ends via a hot solder joint 13. The pin-like inner current conductor 11 is insulated on the head part 10 of the thermocouple following the electrically conductive connection from the sleeve-like ground conductor 12 by an intermediate space 14. An insulating sleeve 15 with the same external diameter connects to the end of the outer ground conductor 12 opposite the hot solder joint 13 @. In the area of the head part 110 , the pin-like inner current conductor 11 is firmly connected via a cold solder joint 16 to a corresponding continuing current conductor 17 which is provided with an insulation 18. The outer ground conductor 12 of the head part 10 is surrounded by a sleeve 19 which continues the ground conductor and which is also connected in an electrically conductive manner to the ground conductor 12 of the head part 10 via a cold solder point 20. The sleeve 19 is the end section of a ground conductor tube 21, which surrounds the current conductor 17 leading on to the connection contact of the thermocouple (not shown). For connection to the outer ground conductor 12 of the head part 10, the end section of the ground conductor tube 21 formed by the sleeve 19 is expanded to the outer diameter of the sleeve-like outer ground conductor 12 or the insulating sleeve 15 and up to a seat 191 on the insulating sleeve 15 and the outer ground conductor 12 of the head part 10 pushed on and firmly connected to the leizterer one via the KB solder joint 20 already mentioned. Furthermore, the sleeve 19 forming the end section of the ground conductor tube 21 is provided with an outer stop shoulder 192 which is attached at the level of the inner seat 191. From the hot solder joint 13, a fastening sleeve 22 with an external thread 221 and an internal shoulder 222 is pushed over the head part 10 up to the stop between the inner shoulder 222 and the outer stop shoulder 192 of the sleeve 19 of the ground conductor tube 21. At the level of the outer stop shoulder 192 of the sleeve 19 of the ground conductor tube 21, an annular groove 223 is provided on the fastening sleeve 22, at the base of which there are notches 22 ¢ attached, for example with a granular tool can be produced. The annular groove 223 is very narrow so that it can easily be jumped over by a fastening nut with a relatively small thickness screwed onto the external thread 221. With the fastening sleeve 22, the thermocouple can be produced uniformly, but it can be universally adapted to different mountings.
