gilter«undetüok für Tabakartikel
Die Erfindung betrifft ein PiltermundetUok für Tabak-
artikel mit einen Filterteil eue Kunetetoffechwa
und
eines luftnadurchläegigen vantel.
-Unter Tabakartikel werden hier und in folgenden -
Zigarren, Zigaretten, Zigarillos, Stumpen und
dergleichen veratenden,

in diesen Mentslbeairken unwirksam.
In Fällen, in denen

gilter « undetüok for tobacco articles
The invention relates to a PiltermundetUok for tobacco
article with a filter part eue Kunetetoffech w a and
an air-permeable vantel.
-Under tobacco articles are here and in the following -
Cigars, cigarettes, cigarillos, cheroots and
revealing the like,
known filter mouthpieces of the type in question here consist of at least two parts, namely the filter part and the air-impermeable jacket. In known filter mouthpieces of the type mentioned, the filter part consists of auegeschätimtem plastic, in which the individual bubbles are partially connected to each other, co that branched channels or cannulas are formed that extend through the entire foam material. The tobacco smoke is sucked in through these cannulas and they beat up. on the plastic some components of the tobacco smoke that are to be filtered out, down. There are also known filter mouthpieces for cigars in which the jacket is made of plastic and is drawn out to a point at the mouth end. This jacket is dimensionally stable and hollow in the axial direction and the filter part was used in the known filter mouthpiece cigars in this cavity. Care must be taken that no or only as little tobacco smoke as possible can be sucked in between the filter part and the inner wall of the plastic jacket, since this smoke comes into little contact with the filter and is consequently only slightly filtered . This can be prevented by the äaß .man lilterteil- outside smeared with glue, so it sticks DA8 inner wall of the shell of the on-. Task of the invention ;, iG = ;, eo, a @ `il i crmandstü@'.# -'ac i a

With these two processes for the production of filter mouthpieces according to the invention, the finished Piltermurdstick is created in one working area and the connection between the foamed inner part - the filter part - and the air-impermeable jacket is formed during the polymerisation of the hardening plastic. Any gaps through which tobacco smoke can be sucked in that has not passed through can be avoided. Filter mouthpieces according to the invention can also be produced in two steps, in which the shell is first formed from non-foamed plastic and then the filter part is foamed into the shell. Different plastics were used for the jacket and the filter part. The Einohäumgung can also be carried out before the shell part is completely polymerized , so that when the same plastics are used between the filter part and the shell, a connection is created by polymerisation. If the same plastics are used, no propellant is added to the starting material for the jacket, but a propellant is added to the external material for the filter part. All plastic material has proven itself particularly suitable for the invention, polyvinyl chloride. Polyvinyl chloride can easily be made to hem with a propellant and does not release any harmful components when cured, the get4b% 4Qnöhr, r @.
When foaming the plastic for the filter part, the expansion is carried out in a known manner so that the individual bubbles are partially connected to each other, so that channels or cannulas are created that extend through the entire filter part and through which the smoke can pass the filter part. The desired absorption of the components to be filtered takes place in these cannulas or tubules. In cases where the Abgorotian is too small, the plastic could be hemmed in such a way that the vesicles are smaller, so that the tubules and cannulas are also narrower. However, this has the consequence that the filter part then has a very high air resistance, which impairs the enjoyment of smoking. In cases where high absorption is desired, it is more advisable to embed absorbent particles in the filter. For example, alumina grains made from aluminum oxide and / or silicon oxra can be used. Such Abeorptionemittelköxnchen have a much higher A'boorption so that the absorption can be increased the filter member as the Kinststoffmaterial with such embedding, without thereby affecting the tensile properties of the filters are substantially affected ften. These absorbent particles can either enter the vesicles or spaces. of the filter parts are introduced, but they can also be embedded in aas Kunstotoffmateriel of the filter part by mixing them with the not yet hardened Kunetatoff. Filter hours after finishing can either be fixed
It can be used as a so-called filter pitae with a receptacle for a tobacco article into which the tobacco article can be inserted when smoking. Filteinundatücke of the last mentioned type can be used several times. For the production of tubular Tüb Rk articles with a
