Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Druel"luftreiniber
für
Lrlackluftanlagen in Fahrzeugen, insbesondere für Bremsanlagen
in Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einem Auslaßventil, das mit einem Stell-
glied gakuppelt ist, welches zur salbsttätigen S@;auerung des
Auslaßventils in Abhängigkeit vom F-.hrzeugmotorbetriab betätigt
:@@arde@.@ kann.
Bei derartigen Anlagen wird der Kompressor im allgemoinan durch
den Motor des Fahrzeugs angetrieben und die Kondensate und
Verunreinigungen, die von der vom homprossor angesau--ten Luft
mitgerissen worden, werden von dieser durch einen Reiniger
ge-
trennt, gesammelt und in gewissen Zeitabständen durch Detäti-
z ung von Hand abgelaesen.
Ls wurde auch versucht, das Entleeren dieser P.::iniger z.B.
durch Servoantriebe zu bewirken, die cinJ=reifen, ;renn in
der
Anlage ein Überdruck entsteht oder wenn die honensate im
R.:iniger ein gewisses Niveau erreichen, so dan ein Schwirlmer
das Bodenventil des Reinigers öffnet.

Die bekannten ,Gelbs tä Ligen Einrichtungen weisen die Mungel
auf, daß sich d@a.s von der durch den Kompressor strömenden
Luft mitgerissene und im Raini ;er angesammelte Öl am Schwimmar
ansetzt und dessen Verstollungen stört. Außerdem erschwir en
die bol"annten Einrichtunen das Anlassen des Motors.
Derizufol;-a wird die Hai;ntaufgabe dar Erfindung darin ;eschen,
Jr,-iclrluftanlaüen in Kraftfahrzeuöen mit einem Druckluftreini-
ger zu versoheri, dor automatisch vor dem Anlassen bei s.';ill-
sj'oliende:ii Fahra,mi@motor entleert wird und bewirkt, daß
der Mo-
";or d-.durch Teich ,er angelassen !;erden kann, daß der Kompres-

sor beim Anlassen ins Fraie fördert.
Die Erfindung geht dabei von dem eingangs besc",ri"benen be-
kanntan stand der Technik aus und ist dadurc'. gekennzeichnet,
!_daß das Auslaßventil durch Federmittel im Still stan.1 das
Mo-
tors geöffnet ge'_lalten und durch ein auf das Stellglied ent-
gegengesetzt zu den Federmitteln wirkendes Medium, das nur
während das Betriebes des P:Zotors unter Druck gesetzt wird,
gesehlos;3en wird. Das lineare Stellglied kann für den Antrieb
durch ein unter Druck steY"enaes Medium oder wie an sich be-
kannt durch eine elektromagnetische Einrichti)ng gebildet sein,
während die Betätigung des Stellgliedes durch den Fahrzeug-
motorlauf direkt oder durch vom Fahrbetrieb abhängige Vorgänge
indirekt gesteuert werden kann. So kann z.B. falls der Fahr-
zeugmotor eine Vorbrennungskraftmaschine ist, das das Auslaß-
ventil betätigende Stellglied durch den vom F@;hrzeugmotor
erzeugten Druck; eines Mudiums, '±.B. Schmieröl oder der Ansaug-
luft, angetrieben werden.
Falls das das Ventil antreibende Stellglied in an sich bekann-
ter Weise elektromagnetisch wirken soll, kann seine Versorgung
über einen Generator, der mit dem Verbrennungsmotor des Pahr-
zeuge oder mit einem Teil der durch diesen Generator ge-
speisten Anlage z.B. dem Anlasser des Fahrzeugmotors verbun-
den ist, erfolgen.
Die Erfindung wird im nachfol-,enden anhand der
Zeichnung in
zwei Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
Die Abbildung 1 zeigt einen Achsenschnitt durch
einen Reini-
ger, in dem eine durch .Druckmittel betätigte
Stellvorrichtung vorgesehen ist.
Die Abbildung 2 zeigt eine elektromagnetisch betätigte Stell-
. vorrichtung an einem R,:iniger. _
Der dargestellte Reiniger nach Fig. 1 weist ein Gehäuse 10
