Bremsscheibe für Schienenfahrzeugräder. Brake disc for rail vehicle wheels.
The invention relates to a brake disk for rail vehicle wheels, with a support body made of cast steel and at least one friction ring made of gray cast iron, radially elastically connected to it.
her zur Abführung
verschraubt. Durch die Bohrungen für die den Tragkörper
mit
dem Radkörper verbindenden Schrauben wird jedoch
der letztere in einem
hochbeanspruchten Abschnitt ge-
schwächt.
Der Erfindung liegt die
Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Brems-
scheibe der eingangs angeführten
Art zu schaffen, welche
die Mängel der bekannten Bremsscheiben vermeidet,
bei
welcher also der Reibring keiner unmittelbaren, abstüt-
zenden
Befestigung.dee Reibringes weder an
seinerScheibenwurzel noch an seiner
Unterfla ke eine
Schwächung erfährt.
Diese Aufgabe wird
nach der Erfindung durch eine
Kombination folgender, an sich bekannter
Merkmale ge-
' löst:
a) der auf der Nabe des Schienenfahrzeugrades
sitzende
ringförmige Tragkörper für den Reibring ist mit
ersterer
in radialer Richtung großem Widerstandsmoment in axialer
Richtung
Reibring eingegossen
sind.
Die weitere, vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Bremsscheibe
kann
den Unteranspruch entntimmen werden.

On brake discs of this type it is known in the i friction ring the outer edge of a radially ragen- pour the optionally to increase overall elasticity undulated sheet metal ring inwardly. The radially more erratic, approximately cylindrical part of the sheet metal ring is pushed onto the outer circumferential surface of the hub of the rail drive wheel and welded to it. Thermal expansions occurring in the friction ring , which increase the diameter of the friction ring, are absorbed by the sheet metal ring while avoiding high material stresses. However, the stiffness of the sheet metal ring in the axial direction is very small and the friction ring must therefore be supported in the axial direction against the brake shoe wheel or a second friction ring in order to dissipate the pressure forces of the brake shoes. This support causes difficulties in practice because it requires machined surfaces and can transmit vibrations and heat in an undesirable manner. Brake disks of the type mentioned at the outset are also known in which one-piece spokes extend from the outer circumferential surface of a support body with this one-piece spokes approximately tangentially and in a straight line to the inner cylinder of the friction ring surrounding the circumferential surface at a distance and are cast into the latter with their ends. The support body, which is made of cast steel, is screwed to the wheel body of the rail vehicle wheel near the hub by means of axially directed screws. Through the bores for the supporting body to the wheel body connecting screws, however, the latter in a highly stressed portion is weakened. The invention is based on the object of creating a brake disk of the type cited at the outset which avoids the deficiencies of the known brake disks, in which the friction ring does not need a direct, supporting support in the axial direction and the wheel body does not need to be fastened .dee friction ring either at its root disk still in its Unterfla ke weakening experiences. According to the invention, this object is achieved by a combination of the following features known per se: a) the annular support body for the friction ring, which is seated on the hub of the rail vehicle wheel, is connected to the first hub by welding and gluing ; b) between the outer peripheral surface of the support body and this at a radial distance gegenüberstehen- the inner cylindrical surface of the friction ring are located with the support body storey spokes, moving from the outer circumferential surface of the supporting body least approximately tangentially to the inner cylindrical surface of the friction ring extend, have a cross section with compared to its section modulus in the radial direction large section modulus in the axial direction and are cast with their outer ends in the friction ring. The further, advantageous embodiment of the brake disc can be found in the dependent claim . In the drawings, different exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown schematically, namely FIG. 1 shows a view of a brake disk, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3-one of the pig. 2 corresponding section through two modified brake discs. The same reference numerals refer in the drawings to corresponding parts. The rail vehicle wheel comprises a cast steel loading property, a hub 1, a 2 and a rim 3 Radecheibe comprehensive wheel body 4 and a shrunk-on rim 3 tires. 5 On the outer peripheral surface 6 of the hub 1, which according to Pig. 2 cylindrical or as shown in FIG. 3 may be conical, sitting in a support body 7 as wide as possible and, where appropriate, the conical shape of the circumferential surface 6 Taking advantage supported on the hub 1 and (seam welding 8) on the flank with .the hub 1 by welding and / or gluing (glued connection 9) is connected . 11. tangentially are provided on the outer peripheral face 1o of the group consisting of cast steel, the support body 7 at this einatückige spokes recognized the approximately straight to inne- ren cylindrical surface 12 of a cast iron, consisting of, the supporting body 7 surrounding and spaced friction ring fen verlau- 13 and with their radially bent ends are cast into the friction ring 13. The spokes 11 have a rectangular cross-section with the longitudinal side parallel to the axis 14 of the rail vehicle wheel, so that they have a large resistance moment in the axial direction and a small moment of resistance in the radial direction. The friction ring 13 free from the wheel body 4 is thus held elastically in the radial direction and rigid in the axial direction , so that the movements of the friction ring 13 resulting from its heating during operation without exerting high stresses on the support body 7 from the spokes 11 are received, while the axially directed pressing forces of the brake shoes, not shown, are transmitted from the friction ring 13 to the support body 7 and the hub 1, without any particular support, solely via the spokes 11 with little elastic deformation. The weld seam 8 or adhesive connection 9 for fastening the Trggkörper8 7 lies in an only moderately stressed zone of the hub 1; if the friction ring 13, which due to the choice of material in the normal case one of the service life of the wheel embodies 4 anniiberad gleiobe life aufweint must be approximately replaced for At some one (so, the weld seam 8 gouged or the adhesive connection 9, in particular at conical seat, can be easily loosened, the friction ring 13 with the support body 7 removed, the support body of the new friction ring lifted onto the hub 1 and welded and / or glued to it with practically no impairment of the service life of the wheel body 4.
