Unit for increasing the pressure of flowable media The invention relates
on an aggregate for increasing the pressure of a flowing medium and in particular
on a unit that is used at high pressures. Such an aggregate
includes pumps and pressure boosters for liquids as well as compressors and superchargers
for gases.
weise keramische Nochapannungsisolatoren hergestellt.
Obwohl allgemein Flüssigkeiten wie Ö1 und Wasser als
nicht
komprimierbar angesehen werden, hat sich herausgestellt,
da8
nehmen,
daß eine rationelle Fertigung unmöglich wäre. Es bestand
daher
Pampenausla8. Bei den hohen Drücken jedoch, die hier
in Frage
allgemeinen
Falle eines Drehmotors kann unmittelbar der Drehwiderstand
genossen werden.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist gemäß einen
weiteren
in
beschrieben. Die
Zeichnungen zeigen in

in
5
vorgesehen, die mit einem Pneumatiioeotor verbunden ist,
der
nachfolgend genauer beschrieben Wird.
genannten Ventile offenhalten. The unit according to the invention described below was developed primarily for use in isustatic pressing processes. But it has a wide area of application. In isustatic pressing processes, solid particles are placed in a rubber bag, which has a predetermined inherent shape, and the bag is then tightly sealed. The sealed bag is placed in a chamber which is filled with hydraulic fluid and the pressure is then increased according to the properties of the solid particles and the desired properties of the end product . This often requires pressures of up to 4218 kp per cm2.
After the operation, the compressed particles lie
in the form of a solid body, the fora of which corresponds to that of the
Rubber bag matches. In this way,
wise ceramic recovery insulators.
Although generally liquids like oil and water are considered not
can be viewed as compressible, it has been found that8
they can be tested at very high pressures. So have
for example, at a pressure of 2109 kgf per cm 2
Compressibility on the order of 1096 with higher
Pressure increases almost linearly. A pump that does the above
called chamber under pressure, so a liquid
pumping into the chamber. Other factors that
of importance in this context are the elastic ones
Expansion of the container walls and the consequence of the
pressure occurring volume reduction of the particles that ever
according to the pressure and the particles in the order of magnitude of
8096 to 506 can be. It can also happen that
very small amounts of air are still present. With a normal,
Pump designed for such pressures has a pressure of 4218 kp per
building cm2 would take such a long time
that rational production would be impossible. It therefore existed
the task * to develop a pump with constant stroke that
works in two or more stages. In a preferred embodiment
The embodiment of the invention is the Ptmpe as a three-stage pump
formed, the 4.5 l per minute at pressures up to 140.6 kp
per OB 2, 1475 en 3 per minute at pressures up to 703 kp per cm 2
and deliver tens of cm3 per minute at pressures of up to 4218 kp per cm 2
can. The advantage of such an arrangement is that
that the .drive motor for the pump during the pressure build-up
is used very well and that the final pressure is much faster
is achieved.
3s , Zehr-stage hydraulic pumps have already been proposed in the past
but which are suitable for use at very high pressures
proved unsuitable. If moreover with such
Pumps an automatic level change was provided, then
this step change happened depending on the pressure on
Pampenausla8. At the high pressures, however, that is in question here

Device poses a significant safety problem. It is
In addition, extremely difficult at such high pressures
to achieve the necessary sensitivity of the control.
The present invention is based on the object
Aggregate to create that at high efficiency and faster
Functioning a smooth , automatic level change
of the pump, whereby the highest possible operational safety
unity is to be striven for. The solution according to the invention consists in
essentially in an aggregate to increase the pressure of
Media, which contains a housing, an in the
housing reciprocating part that the medium in
at least two chambers compressed in the housing, one
Motor for reciprocating motion, inlet 9-abaperr-
valves for the chambers, outlet shut-off valves for the chambers
and control means which at least one of the inlet shut-off
valves depending on a predetermined load of the
Switch off the motor to increase the volume delivered per stroke
reduce and increase the dispensing pressure.
It has been found that a step change in one
fold way depending on the load of the pump
driving motor can happen. This can be used next to a
simple construction, a sensitive control of the auto-
Achieve automatic switchover . In the case of a 7 aeunatic engine
the load on the engine can be increased by the pressure in the engine
chamber can be measured. In the case of a Blektroaorors, the
Motor load can be determined via dim current. I = general
In the case of a rotary motor, the resistance to rotation can be immediate
to be enjoyed.
In a preferred embodiment, according to another
essential feature of the invention in the aggregate an in
a housing reciprocating drive part is provided,
the forward movement of which caused a criminal offense due to the pressure

happens, this drive part with one to the rear
above sensor is provided, which is a cyclically working,
controls with a pressure medium acted upon valve.
The return stroke by the spring has the advantage that W the
Withdrawal from the main supply line, for example one
Pressure gas line, is low.
Further features and special features of the invention result
from the following description and the subclaims.

Will be described in more detail below. The chamber 1 is connected to the chamber B through an exhaust valve 6 and a passage B in the piston 2; the chamber B is connected to the inlet 9 by a shut-off valve 8; the chamber C is connected to the inlet 9 through a shut-off valve 10; the chamber A is connected to the outlet 16 through a shut-off valve 15 and the chamber C is connected to the outlet 16 through a shut-off valve 17. The shut-off valves 8 and 10 differ from the shut-off valves 6, 15 and 17 in that they have spring- loaded control bolts 18 and 19 which can be actuated in such a way that they keep the said valves open.
The pneumatic motor includes a nator housing 50, a reciprocating piston 55, and a cyclic valve 51.
leB 64 in Verbindung steht. Der Einlaß 65 führt in eine
Kammer
Rastauenehmung 25 in Eingriff steht. Die Rastaurnehnung
25
schafft eine erste Anschlagfläche. Eine zweite Anschlagfläche
ist durch eine zweite Rastausnehmung 26 geschaffen, -die
siob
naoh
50 in Ver-
bindung.
schrieben.
Absperrventil 6 in die Kammer A gesaugt. Gleichzeitig wird
Flüssigkeit durch das Absperrventil 10
in die Kammer 0 ge-
saugt.
Ab-
sperrventil 8 zu öffnen. Der @ugil;@@::r3@.ag
24 Ynnat Uns in
18 nieder-
sedrifckt und das Absperrventil 8 ist offen Sehalten. Das
be-
6.
Somit fördert lediglich die Kammer A Flüssigkeit sui Luslaß
16
geschaltet;
So
.
schriebenen Art Rücken an Rücken miteinander verbunden,
so daß
ihre Verbindungsstangen 5 im Kontakt miteinander
stehen.
Das Absperrventil 10 wird dann. offengehalten oder
ganz
]ramme=
A und B gefüllt werden müssen. Eine Ein- und Rerbewegung
in
Motor zeigt einen Motorkolben 55a, dessen Dichtung 54.a,
die als
abrollende Membran ausgebildet ist. Diese Anordnung führt
zu
einer nennenarerten ]Reduzierung der leibverluate.

It should be said that the power output of the unit during
each level increases to a peak value and then decreases,
because, although the pressure is increasing all the time, the rub-

to let it happen after the peak performance. The number of strokes
