Description
Cleaning devices connectable to a vacuum cleaner The invention refers to a cleaning unit that can be connected to a vacuum cleaner which in the mouth area of the suction opening are parallel to each other, these Openings essentially covering, elastic bands with their two ends the narrow sides of the Abeaugmuzzle are attached in such a way that when connecting the Device to the vacuum cleaner by the suction air flow the 3ands in knocking oscillating movements The essence of the invention is that starting from the clamping points of the elastic bands in the housing of the device, for one or a few of the elastic strips rabbits are provided, which are inclined at the clamping bearing # in particular are directed inwards towards the suction opening, these noses doing the job have the respective elastic band out of the plane of the other bands, preferably inwards, to be pushed through so that the bands are offset from one another in retirement & Due to this arrangement of the bands, the vibrations during operation due to the suction effect through the suction opening, a perfect swing through reached and the risk of the tapes sticking to the mouth of the suction opening prevents * According to another embodiment of the invention, (The staggered arrangement of the bands to one another can also be achieved by the fact that when clamping into the bearing point, first insert the two outer ones and then first the middle band, where care must be taken that the sum of the widths of the three bands is larger than the clear width of the Einspannlager, this will achieved during clamping that trapezoidal, oblique flattened areas due to deformation of the elastic bands in this way occurs that the middle band opposite the outer bands when exiting the respective clamping bearing offset in the vertical direction and thus a similar -; ieffect as in the embodiment described above, achieved will.

Gleichzeitig wird auch der dichte Schluß sämtlicher Bänder gegeneinander erreicht, Es wird alsü bei beiden Ausführungsformen, wie sie die Figuren 1 bis 5 darstellen, erreicht, daß gleich hinter dein C:) Austritt aus der jeweiligen Einspannstelle bereits 'lie beiden Aubenkanten 63 des mittleren Bandes 42 unterhalb der zugenörigen Kante 64 der beiden äußeren Bänder 39 zu liegen koi.-.men so daß dem mittluren -b"lnd 42 die ve-setzte Lpge naen innen gegen die Absaugöffnung zu gegeben wird, so daß die Gefahr des 1Xircnschwingens des mittleren Bandes nach außen dadurch v(--rnieden wird.i., the embodiment (ihrlin oh - s-L'orm of Figures 4 and 5 is in this nian iiieli-l # -UNC nor gi 211 '3chritt further inacht and the clear 0 t.2, ride 5 " 3 of the TT-Beile'Lle 41 much smaller than the sum of the three widths of the three bands, so that when clamping a considerable deformation of the 3 bands occurs at the respective clamping point, here the bands are squeezed into a trapezoidal shape; then you get Similar to the first embodiment, there is an offset of the three bands in the vertical direction in the tension point itself, but unmistakably at the exit point, but it must be noted that, as FIG. 4 shows, the outer bands first are placed in the U-clamp 41 adjacent to the leg 60 and only then the central band 40. If the three ends of the band are now pressed together by means of the cover plate 43, the shape of the bands is obtained according to FIG. 5, however only at the clamping point where it runs diagonally e trapezoidal surfaces 44 which are the cause of the fact that the middle belt 40 can lie directly above the outer belts outside the exit point from the bearing 34 in the direction of the arrow 61 and thus in the direction of the suction opening. -imt, similar to the embodiment of Figures 1 to 3. At the same time, the tight seal of all bands against each other is achieved. It is also achieved in both embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 5 , that just behind the C :) exit of the respective clamping point, both outer edges 63 of the middle belt 42 have to lie beneath the associated edge 64 of the two outer belts 39 so that the middle belt 42 is blocked by the inside against the suction opening is given, so that the danger of the central band swinging outwardly is thereby reduced.
According to the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7 , the tapping strips made of elastic material are intended to be provided in a manually operated cleaning device to be connected to a vacuum cleaner hose. This device has three tapping strips 66 , which are clamped in bearings 67 , in accordance with the various variants as described in the earlier applications and the present application. In order to keep the air resistance within the suction channels as low as possible, in the present embodiment the discharge opening 68 is offset on one side in the direction of the handling nozzle 69 by the distance 10 from the center 71 . The internal device is grasped by hand in the area of the suction nozzle 69 , in order not to be hindered when slipping over the surface 72 of the pole 73 to be cleaned, it makes sense to position this handling nozzle 69 opposite the contact surface 74 of the cleaning device by the distance 73 to move. This frees up space in area 74 for the fingers of the hand.
Retractable brush strips 75 can be provided on both sides through knocking belts 66 , and combs can also be arranged next to them, as described in the reference application (W 36 077 Ic / 34c - 5250) .
According to the embodiment of FIGS. 8 to 11 , the device is designed as a hand-tapping nozzle. At Melcher, a pipe socket 92 is connected to an elongated housing 91 and is used for connection to the pipeline of a conventional vacuum cleaner. The housing 91 is subdivided into two spaces 93, 94, of which the lower space 94 is designed as an elongated box, which is open at the bottom, into the housing part 93 via a central opening 89 provided in the intermediate wall 95 passes, which is designed as Anaaugkanal and is dung in VerbW with the connecting piece 92 in the lower housing part 94 are three Schwingungeolemente 669 made of elastic or resilient Mnterial, in L.gern 96 such offset gelagertt as in section of the Fig4 11 recognizable is. Is on the intermediate wall 95 as shown in FIG. 11, only a single stop element 87 is provided, the 11 vibration element leftmost for limited deflection in FIG. Dient- by the unbalanced vibration is to prevent sticking of the vibration elements to the suction opening 89 w earth.
In the area of the lower surface 97, the lower gel component 94 is provided with widened edge parts 77 in which slots 80 in the longitudinal direction serve to accommodate rails 79 which carry tufts of bristles 78 . In order to be able to insert the rails 79 detachably and yet firmly, further slots 85 are provided, running parallel to the slots 80 , so that resilient parts 81 arise which are provided with noses 82 , behind which the upper respective edge of the individual rails 79 can be snapped up.
The nozzle housing is preferably made of a resilient, elastic plastic material and, as Fig. 10 shows, the flexible elements 81 are to be designed as, across the board, short springs that relate to the iguer slits 83 and the lugs 82 are only arranged on these short elements 81 . In between lie vL-rlzältiiis-m,; ißi ", - long 'partition walls 84, leaving a distance from the respective, -eii #tutenivgrid 97 on # -" iron, d (2.- a little wider is P.1,9 die in each case, #, e width of the brush bars 7 # - #. In this way, the brush bars can easily be brought into the slots 80 while resiliently evading the three spring elements 81. The slots 85 have the considerable advantage that the spring elements 81 have sufficient, not too stiff suspension, because they are relatively weak at the bottom 98 , and on the other hand, relatively thin "landing" parts 86 arise inwardly, which can give way resiliently when the oscillating elements 66 shrink, oo that a locking of the vibrating elements within the hollow space of the lower housing part 94 is prevented and a good seal between the outer vibrating elements 66 on the one hand and the inner surface 99 of the lower housing part 94 on the other hand is achieved.
