des Schneidvorganges selbst freischneidet."Internal Pipe Cutter" The invention relates to an internal pipe cutter
for cutting off pipes rolled into floors or similar. They are internal pipe cutters
known, in which the cutting steel when cutting radially outward into the pipe wall
moved inside. as the steel rotates around the longitudinal axis of the pipe
and first cut a groove in the rolled-in pipe. That kind of cutting out
but has the disadvantage that the steel must be ground very precisely, otherwise it will come
there are chatter phenomena, which no longer allow an exact cutting out and
may also affect the neighboring pipes that have already been rolled in
With a pointed cutting edge of the steel, the more penetration depth increases
The power to turn is always greater, especially with pipes with a small clear width, but
relatively large wall thickness can lead to overloading of the cutting steel support.
The invention has set itself the task of creating an internal pipe cutter which
is free from the stated disadvantages, and wherein the cutting steel is during
of the cutting process itself cuts free.
13 in Längsrichtung gehalten,
21 frei drehbar angeordnet,
welcher sich mit meiner breiteren
Endfläche gegen den fest auf
der Hülse 1 angeordneten,aber
verstellbaren Ring 22 anlegt.
Jetzt
In diesem
In the inner cutter according to the invention, a cutting steel is arranged in a sleeve so that it can be rotated out of the sleeve around a shaft transverse to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve, and a rod is mounted in the sleeve so that it can be displaced longitudinally and is connected to the cutting steel via a handlebar. Suitably, the rod is mounted non-rotatably in the sleeve and is displaced with a Üherwurfsmutter in the direction of its longitudinal axis, according to the drawing, 1 is the sleeve in which the Schneidetahl 2 arranged ist.Der cutter blade 2 is in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis 3 of the sleeve 1 lying shaft 4 of the sleeve 1 out gelagert.Die rotatable sleeve 1 has to this purpose slits 5 through which the cutter blade 2 can emerge to 6 with its cutting cut (not shown) pipe.
A link is articulated, which in turn is connected to a rod 8. The rod 8 fills the sleeve essentially and is connected to the sleeve by means of a wedge 9 so that the rod 8 can still be displaced in the sleeve 1 in the longitudinal direction can, but cannot be twisted relative to the sleeve. In addition, a planach 1o is attached to the rod 8, for example with the clamping sleeve 11. The planach 1o is held in the longitudinal direction with two snap rings 12 in the union nut 13, whereby a rotation of the flange 10 relative to the union nut 13 is possible. The union nut is provided with a thread 14 and can therefore be screwed onto the sleeve 1. When the drive machine for the inner cutter is turned clockwise, the thread 14 must be left-handed. thread sein.Die nut 13 bears on its outer face a fluted ring 15 which can rotate freely and is connected by means of a slip clutch with the coupling nut 13 wird.Die slip clutch consists of plate springs 16 which the corrugated ring 15 against the clutch lining 17, and this then against the Press the locking ring 18. The locking ring 18 is screwed onto the union nut 13 by means of a thread and is locked against rotation with a grub screw 19. The end of the rod 8 protruding from the union nut 13 is provided with a square 20. On the sleeve 1 of the Innenabschneiderm in the pipe a conical centering ring 21 is still for centering freely rotatable, which is arranged with my wider end face against the fixed on the sleeve 1, but adjustable ring front 22 anlegt.Das, projecting into the tube end the Sleeve 1 can also be provided with a guide . The effect of wines of the device can be adjusted by means of the depth of the ring 22, where the pipe to be cut off is inserted soll.Dan.n the sleeve 1 into the pipe, is situated to the Abach Neider with the centering ring 21 centered in the tube described as follows werden.Zuerst As a result, the cutter with the guide attached to the front end of the sleeve 1 lies in the pipe so that its axis 3 coincides with the pipe axis. The drive machine is connected to the square 20 , with which the cutter is rotated , generally with a clockwise rotation The rod 8 takes over the wedge 9 the sleeve 1 and this over the thread 14 the union nut 13 with so that the entire device rotates. I Now the corrugated ring 15, which rotates with the union nut 13 , is held by hand. Via the slip clutch 17,18 , the union nut 13 comes to a standstill and now rotates on the left-hand thread 14, causing it to move in the direction of the cutting steel on the sleeve 1 verschohen wird.Diese Längeverechiebung of the union nut 13 is about the Spren Cinge # 12 and the flange 19 on the rod 8 übertragen.Die longitudinal movement of the rod 8 is q over the handlebar in a rotational movement of the cutting steel 2 around the shaft 4 verwandelt.Dabei the cutting edge 6 of the steel 2 moves on a circular path through the slot 5 out of the sleeve t until the tip of the cutting edge 6 penetrates the pipe and cuts through the same. What is important here is that by the movement of the cutting 6 - even when cutting - on a circular path, the Bchneide erfolgtrwodurch even freisehneidet.Ladureh it can not come to jamming of the steel, which u.ü, the entire Absohneider would be destroyed. If the advance of the cutting edge 6 should nevertheless be too great, the thread 14 would be blocked and the union nut 13 would rotate with it while the corrugated ring 15 stops, since the slip clutch 17,18 then opens. The force for the cutting edge 6 can therefore be direct can be controlled with the force that the »tedern @ 16 presses the clutch facing 17 against the ring 18. By adjusting this ring 18 in the longitudinal direction, the force at which the slip clutch 17,18 opens can now be set. The shape of the cutting steel 6 can be arbitrarily selected, However, it has been found that Halbmondforn shown dasa gives a grösere rigidity, thus avoided lattermarken particular lasseno The drive of the cutter does not have to take place via the rod 8, but can also directly to the sleeve In this case, at least one longitudinal slot must be provided in the sleeve eein9 through which a pin connected to the rod protrudes into a circumferential groove in the union nut. The union nut provided with slip clutches then has the function described above. Also, it is of course möglieh, the rod itself thread with a total to be provided, which cooperates directly with the corrugated ring such that at festgehaltenenm, that is stationary in relation to the rotational movement of the cutter fluted ring the rod into moved into the sleeve. In addition, it is also part of the essence of the invention if the cutting steel is rotated by pulling out the rod, ie if the cutting edge is arranged at a point other than that shown in the drawing.
