while according to the invention through the use of the Pla-. At times, a maximum of only half flows through the net gear. So the converter becomes much smaller. In addition, in the case of the converter with internal power split in the invention, only about 20% of the total power is transmitted purely hydraulically, while in German patent specification 8259.30, with the same number of gear stages, at least 33% must be transmitted purely hydraulically. The overall degree of effectiveness is accordingly better. The hollow shaft made up of couplable sections also saves the second gear change transmission, and because what is now used is next to the converter, the transmission becomes shorter and even lighter.
Since the motor can always run at the same speed here, while, for example, in the case of hydrodynamic gearboxes, a speed reduction occurs with every shift, CD also improves the degree of motor utilization (acceleration capacity).

Man könnte

In engagement with pinion 31 is a gear 5, 6 drives the web of a planetary gear. the planetary gears meshing with the sun 4 and the fixed mi t them connected planetary gears 8 mesh with a sun gear 9. the hub of the gear 9, by the clutch 10 to the hub of Gear 11 and the got of the gear 11 can through the coupling 12 with the hub of the gear 1,3 and the hub of the gear 13 can through the coupling 14 with the hub of the gear 15 and the hub of the gear 15 can be connected by the coupling 16 to the shaft _3. Likewise, the output shaft 2u / - can be connected to the gear 23 via the disk 25 and the coupling 24 and to the gear 20 via the disk 22 and the coupling 21 and to the gear 17 via the disk 19 and the coupling 18 . The clutches can be designed in a form-fitting manner here, since they are only actuated when the rotational speed is the same. You can of course also be replaced by movable gears or the like. The drawing shows only one possible implementation. One could, for example, the direct drive shaft through the converter-out extend and put the gear change gear behind the converter or you could right and left ever lead past a wave by the transducer and urging the Abtriebewelle two Sei1-1en out. Mode of operation With the largest reduction of the gear unit is. Steep pin 30 pushed in completely, the clutches loj 12 and 14 are engaged and connect the gear 15 with the planetary Sönnenrad g. The clutch 16 is released. The gear 23 is through the coupling. 24 with the disk 25 b'zw. the shaft 26 connected. This position is shown in the drawing. The two gears 20th and 17-1 have a loose bit. The power transmission then takes place both hydraulically and mechanically. Through a stepping allowing the spring-loaded actuator pin 30 of the converter 29, the speed is so far vengrössert now that the toothed wheels "ad 15 runs just as fast as the shaft. 1 The planetary gear runs as a rigid Ganzesi Now, the gear 15 through the clutch 16 connected to shaft 3 The power flow now continues simultaneously via shaft 3 and via the converter. Now the clutch 14 is released, and thus the power flow via the converter is interrupted. The drive is done purely mechanically. The converter can now do that

The clutch 18 is engaged and shortly thereafter the clutch 21 is disengaged. The converter speed is increased again and the shaft 26 now runs at the speed of shaft 1. If the clutch 12 is now engaged again and the clutch 10 is disengaged, no more power goes through the converter. To the gear over the whole re. To be able to drive continuously under load, two pairs of gears should always be under load for a short time during a shift. The speed reduction by the gearbox is exactly the opposite. On the one hand, of course, any number of gear stages can be provided, whereby the converter would become smaller and smaller, while on the other hand the structural wall becomes larger and the switching frequency increases sharply.
