Die Erfindung betrifft ein Unterputz-Ventil mit'.

Ventile dieser Art haben den Nachteil, dass sie nur
eine re-
lativ geringe Einbautiefe gestatten und zudem diese Tiefe nur
in sehr beschränktem se den örtlichen Verhältni-asen ent-

Auf den Stutzen 4 ist das innere Ende eines Rohres
15 aus Kunststoff aufgeschoben, so dass es fest auf
zwei en
.demselben vorgesehenen ringförmigen (tippen 16 sitzt, zwischen
denen eine `flache Nut 17 vorgesehen ist. )'Um eine absolute
Dichtheit der Verbindung zwischen Stutzen 4 und Rohr 15 zu
gewährleisten,. ist auf letzterem nach eine stramm angezogene
Bride 18 angebracht. Diese Bride h8 besteht gemäss Fig.
in bekannter Weise aus einem dünnen Stahlring, der zwei:
diametral einander gegenüberliegende Ausbuchtungen

Hierauf werden die Ausbuchtungen-19 mit in Richtung der

Das Rohr 15 dient zur Schaffung eines Betatigungs-
zugenges zu dem in der Wand 20d.n. nuntsr Putz", ;m@.
geordneten Gehäuse 1. Im äusseren Ende des Rohres 15,

Wand 20, also zum "Pute" herauaragt, steckt ein Nippel
21,,
der mit einem Innengewüde- 22 reehdn ist. Am äusserte
Umfang das Nippels 21 sind ebenfalls zwei ringförnide
.-Rippen ;::
23 mit einer dazwischen liegenden flachen Nut 24 vorgesehen,
urid ferner wird auch das äussere Rohrende durch eine Brille
18 auf dem Nippel 21 festgehalten.
Der Schaft 8 steckt in einer gohrung 26 einer Abdeck-
rosette 26 und ist durch einen Sprengring 27 gegen axiale Ver-
schiebung nach aussen gesichert. Die Rosette 26 weist einen
etwa glockenartigen Abdeckteil 28 und eine in denselben-vor-
ragende Buchse 29 auf, die mit einem Aussengewin4@.t#,ßp:ver-
sehen ist, das in das Innengewinde-22 des N2.ppels 21 einge-
schraubt schraubt wird. Der äussere Endteil 8" des mindestens
in.der.
Bohrung 25 runden Schaftes 8 ist ebenfalls vierkantig und
passt in einen zentralen Innenvierkant 31 eines Betätigungs-
knopfes 32. Eine im Schaftende 8" vorgesehene Gewindebcfhrung
33 und eine im Knopf 32 vorgesehene zentrale Bohrung 34 ge-
statten, den Knopf 32 mittels einer nicht dargestellten
Schraube am Schaftende 8'Au befestigen. Einkleiner ,farbiger
Ring 35, der dabei mittels des Kopfes diesmer Schraube am
Knopf 32 befestigt wird, kann zur Kenntlichmachung@dex durch
das Ventil fliessenden Flüssigkeit dienen, z.B. rot für
warmes, und blau für kaltes Wasser. ,Es ist klar, dass
durch Drehung des Knopfes 32 der Ventilkörper 3 ,m Stutzen

hin und her geschraubt werden kann, um das Ventil zu öffnen
oder
zu schliessen. Dabei muss natürlich dafür gesorgt
dass das Stirnende des Schaftendteiles ß' in der Seixllasslage

Das Rohr 15 und der innere Zndteil 3' des Schaftes
8 haben vor der Montage eine einer vorgeseliunon maximalen
Einbautiefe das Ventilbdhäusos 1. entsprechende Länge und

gegenüber bekannten Unterputz-Vontilen besteht darin, dass
das Gehäuse '1 in einer viel gröberen Tiefe eingebaut worden

kann und dass diese Tiefe in einem grossen Bereich von z.B:
40 bis 120- ium auf einfachste Weise verändert worden kann.
Dieser Bereich kann dabei ohne Aandarung der Konstruktion
durch Vorsehen, eines längeren Rohres 15, und eines längeren
8chaftendteiles #3' beliebig grösser oder kleiner vorgesehen
worden.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Vorteil des dargestellten Ven-
tils besteht darin, dass im ?alle eines Undichtwerdens
des
0-hinges 14 das aus denn Stuten 4 austretende Troptwasser
keinesfalls in die Wand 20 eindringen kann, sondern durch et-
ne Nut 21a des. Nippels 21 aus dem Bohr l5 austreten
kann;
dieses Wasser läuft dann an der Aussenfläche der Wand 20 ab,
so dass der Mangel sotort erkannf und leicht behoben werden
kann, ohne 'Sehaden sau vnrursaau, yrrr ißt auch die Montage,-'
