Druokleiste 5.
Between the jaws 1 and 3 respectively. 2 and 4 lies one Print bar 5. It is in the Vorohubriohtung of the workpiece
slidably arranged and designed as a wedge. The Sohräg-
flähen this wedge are between the jaws 1, 3 bozw. 2, 4,
and the wedge is dimensioned so that its narrow end of the
smallest opening width of the jaws 1.3 respectively. 2.4 and its broad end corresponds to the largest opening width of the jaws.
Over the wedge 5 is a two-way with the part 3 from one
Piece of existing projecting arm 6, which serves as an abutment for the wedge. the
Production of such strips is expediently done on the known drawing banks.
The front end of the workpiece is first opened with a tool as shown in Fig. 4
passed through and then brought into connection with the chain of the draw bench, wherein
the workpiece is passed through the tool. It is two-way because it is valuable
with its thin end through the tool first.
The jaws 1, 3 or 2, 4 lie, as indicated by the arrows, under flexible pressure against the workpiece and press the metal foil 7, which in Fig. 2 still has its flat shape has, close to the bar 8, vegetable Fig. 3. The side
Edges 9 and 10 of the metal foil are crimped over as shown in Fig. 3.
According to the increasing cross-sectional format of the bar 8
the jaws 1, 'or. 2, 4 pushed apart, resiliently pressed against each other

the width of the groin is maintained.
federnd gegeneinander gedrucken Backen 1, 3 bezw.

You can measure their distance from the axis of rotation 11 such that the jaws 1, 3 respectively. 2, 4 move on a flat arc,
aodaso so the movement process is almost the same as with
a parallel shift.
The forward projecting axis 11 rests in a local
fixed frame 12, which at its upper part laterally and after
from the projecting arms 13, 14 and a recess 15 for the
Has Durohtritt the workpiece. The jaws 1,3 respectively. 2, 4 are attached to arms 16, 17 which are rotatable about the axis 11. These arms 16, 17 are pressed inward by the angle levers 209219 which are rotatable about the axes 18, 19 and which are loaded with the weights 22, 23. The weights 22923 are adjustable and dimensioned so that they can exert the necessary pressure that is required for crimping the same thick foils or sheets 7.
as Abb. 4,
Keil auszubilden. Die Keilform hat jedoch den Vorteil, daß
man
in

Of the pressed against each other jaws 1.3 respectively. 2, 4 Druok exerted on the wooden bar is therefore proportionate
strong. If you have a wedge or a pressure bar 5 <according to Fig. 4,
does not provide, the material would be under the strong side

Be therefore a wedge 5 is provided, which extends from above onto the Hol <
