'Tandler.

regarding the constancy of these characteristics. With the known ones mentioned above

Man kann also

Materials kann nun folgendermaßen vorgehen.

'Ienotropic capillary embxanes can be caused by ion diffusion. Generate polyelectrolytes by processes such as those described, for example, in German patents v108 665 and 1017853. These membranes form a porous body with a large number of capillaries running essentially parallel to one another. The diameter of the capillaries can be influenced during the production of the membrane, e.g. by the length and the concentration of the polyelectrolyte, fron radius and the va.-lehz of the counter-ions. These membranes can therefore be produced in such a way that with their help a molded part can be produced which, with regard to the volume fraction of the openings and also with regard to the diameter of the openings, allows the production of a damping cover with the desired properties with great accuracy. Compared to the use of the aforementioned ionotropic cupillary membranes as a damping cover, which has already been proposed, the damping covers produced by the method according to the invention have the advantage that the material used for their production can be largely freely selected. According to the shape and number of the capillaries, the membrane, which is made with the aid of the ionotropic capillary membrane, has a large number of essentially parallel, pin-like shaped parts which form the continuous openings in the damping cover to be produced The above-mentioned pin-like parts must be joined together to form a unit, so that when the material is introduced into the capillaries, the capillary cable, it is covered on one side with a layer of the same material, which after the removal of the material: the membrane the can be made by chemical means, forms a plate-shaped carrier for the pin arrangement. . A particularly simple method of removing the mentioned pin-like parts from the molded damping cover is to liquefy the molded part and suck its material out of the pores formed in the damping cover. This can be carried out particularly easily if the material used for the molded part is an alloy that melts at low temperatures, such as Woodse's metal. The use of an ionomer or an intermediate polymer with which the molded part is encapsulated, after which the material used for encapsulation is polymerized, has proven particularly suitable for producing the damping cover according to the method according to the invention. A methacxylic acid methyl ester, for example, is suitable for this purpose. When using this material you can now proceed as follows. The ester mentioned is boiled once with 0.08% benzene peroxide and then kept warm at 70o for up to two days. The then syrup-like intermediate polish is still in the warm state for casting around the molded part and then polymerized at 45 to 500 ° for two days. Thereafter, the material of the molded part is liquefied and sucked out of the pores formed by it or removed in another suitable manner. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures. Fig. 1 shows a section through a section of an ionotropic capilla = cmbran 1, in whose capillaries the material forming the aforementioned distant part is introduced, which forms pin-like bodies 2 in these capillaries, which are connected to a unit by a plate 3 of the same material . FFig. 2 shows the arrangement after the removal of the material of the capillary arm, whereby for the sake of clarity only the pin-like shaped parts recognizable according to FIG. 1 are shown. 3 shows a mold 4 into which the plate 3 with the molded part 2 is inserted. The molded part is covered with a material 5 that forms the damping cover to be produced. This damping cover after removal of the molded part is in Pig. 4 shown. '
