Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung betrifft ein Falzrohr und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung desselben.The present invention relates to a folded tube and a method for production same.

Das Verfahren der Herstellung besteht darin, daß die beiden Metallbleche α und b, von denen das schmalere α, beispielsweise aus Eisen, das Rohrinnere, und das breitere b, aus Kupfer, die äußere Umhüllung ausmachen soll, in entsprechender Weise aufeinandergelegt werden. Hierauf werden diese beiden Metallbleche durch irgend eine Biegvorrichtung in die in Fig. 2 dargestellte gebogene Form gebracht. In diesem Zustande werden sie in das weite Ende d des konischen Zieheisens c (Fig. 3 bis 5) eingeführt; wenn dieselben das Zieheisen auf der Rückseite e verlassen, haben sie die Form Fig. 6; die Falze sind vorgebogen. Hierauf werden die so vorbereiteten Bleche in dem zweiten Zieheisen g (Fig. 7 und 8) behandelt, indem sie an dem weiteren Ende h desselben eingeführt werden und dasselbe an dem hinteren Ende i verlassen.
