zum Hindurobfübren unter Foah$pannung stehender atromfuhrender,
in einen mit staubhaltigem und feuchtem sowie Druckschwan-
kunEen ausgesetztem Prozeßgas gefüllten Raum hineinragender
Teile, insbesondere gasgefüllter Elektrofilter oder --flooker
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen elektrisch isolierten
druckdichten VArsohluß für die Öffnung zum üindurohführen
unter Hochspannung stehender stromführender, in einen mit
staubhaltigem und feuchtem sowie Druoksobwankunten ausge-
setztem .Prozeßgas i_efülJ.ten Raum hineinragender 'eile, inebe-
sonuere gasgefüllter @Eaektrofilter oder -flooker, wobei in
den Innenraum der Üffnung ein aauberea, trockenes
Schutzgas
eingefilhrt wird. Mit der Erfindung wird bezweckt, den
gesamten
Raum zum Hindurchführen der unter Hochspannung stehenden
Teile
staubfrei zu halten und noch außen druokdiobt abzuaobließen,
ohne daß hierzu ein I'lL.saigkeitsabsohluß, beispielsweise
eine
Ölfüllung, benötigt wird.
Bei den bekannten xä.nriobtungen mit einer Ölfüllung
besteht
die Gefahr, daß bei höheren Druogsobwenkungen Öl
oder auch
eine andere zur Verwendung kommende Sperrflünsiekeit
aus der
Noohspannungedurohfribrung mit Tasse heraus oder in
den Prozeß-
gasraum hinein geschleudert wird und Prozeßges nach
außen oder
Luft nach innen gelangen kann. Um das Eindringen Fon Staub
aus
de® Prozeßgesraum in den Durchführungsraum zu verhindern,
ist
es bekannt, in den Durobführungaraum oberhalb des
ProaeBgaersu-
mes inerte$ Sobutagas einzuführen. Um eine möglichst gute
Schutzwirkung zu erreioben, sind aber verhältnismäßig große
Mengen an Scbut$ges erforderlich. Trotzdem kann such
hierbei
bei höheren Druoksobwankungen immer noch Prozeßgas und
damit
Staub in den
gelangen.
Der Erfindung, liegt nun die lufgabe zugrunde, den elektrisch
isolierten druckdichten Verschluß so auszubilden, daß auch
höhere Druekochwankungen im ProzeBgasraum eine Verstaubung
des Durchführungsraumes unmöelich mecben, wobei der Durch-
fUhrungoraum keine SperrflUseigkeit, beispielereise Ö1fUllung,
mehr erhalten soll und infolgedessen auch mör-1 ichst
klein ge-
halten werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird nf cl; der Lrfindstn== dadurch gelöst, daß
der elektrisch .polierte druckdichte für die rooh-
spannungsdurchfUbrunE rus einem festen druckdichten Isols.-
tionakörper besteht, unter dem sich cer Eeum für die Ein-
fiihrung deci Schutzgases und an diesen anschließend ein in
den
Gasraum hineinragender dizsenförmig verengter Rohrstutzen be-
finden. Auf. diese :eise wird es ermöglicht, ohne eine Sperr-
flüseigkeit, beispielsweise G1fiUllung, auszukommen und den
gesamten DurohfUhrunEsraum dadurch möglichst klein zu halten.
Je kleiner der besamte Durahfi:lhrung$raum und der Uber
dem
Sobutzgae befindliche Flaum aber sind' desto weniger ProzeßEas
kann bei höheren Drueksohwankuggƒn in den darüber befindlichen
Raum gelangen. Infolgedessen besteht b*i dieser Anordnung so
gut wie keine 1-dgllchkeit mehr, daß staubheltiges Elrozeßgas
durch den OahutzEssaraum an die Innenseite des Isolationo-
körpero gelangen und diesen verschmutzen kann* Diese günstige
Wirkung wird. noch durch den sinterhalb der, fichutzgf)srnume$
angebrachten, in den Gtisreum hineinragenden dii.senförmi,g
ver-
engter. Rohrstutzen gesteigert. Durch die Diinenwirkung des
Rohrstutaene erhält des; aus den: Sohutzgesraum in den i?rozE3ß-
gasraum gelangende Schutzgas in der Diise eine Etrömungeee-
aobwindigkeiti durch welche im ROhrEltutzen etwa
abgesetzter
Staub in den Prozeßgaaraua mi tgefUhrt wird. Dar noch im enge
ten
Bereich der Düse enhaftende Sveub führt zu kurzzeitigen elek-
trischen übersohlägen, durch welche der Staub wieder losgelöst
und durch das in denrozeiber@raum einströmende üchutzgas
wieder zurUckgeführt wird. Infolge der Ceschwsndigkeitesströmung
des, Bohutzgases innerhalb der Diise ist es möElich,
erhebliche
Mengen an :'chutages einzusparen, von sieh in Oer Praxis als
erheblich, kostenverringernd auswirkt. Vorteilhaft besteht
der
feste druokdiehte Isolationskörper saus einem im Lichtbogen
resistenten i1erkatoff . Besonders geeignet hierfür ist ein
Quarzisolator.

Vorteilhaft befinden eich ferner eine Einführung für des

.sein Raum mit darüber angeordneten Abeperraohieber. Hierbei
dient die obere Einfübrung fUr das Sohutggess für den normalen
Betrieb. nenn ass aus irgendwelchen Gründen sich als notwendig

Schließlich isst es vorteilhaft) wenn der Querschnitt der
Aufbängesstange für das Gitter und damit der etgnte
Querschnitt
im düeenf örmig verengten 11,ohrztutzen möglichst klein
gehalten
sind. Auf diese '>:wisse wird erreichte deß die benötigte Schutz-
geamenge möglichot klein gehalten werden kann und die Strömungs-
geaohwindigkeit im däaenförmig verengten Rohratutsen dennoch
ausreichend groß isst, um dass EindrinEen von Prozeßges
in den
Iürohführungsreum zuverlässig zu verhindern.
Zn der Zeichnung isst die Erfindung durch zwei Austührunge-
beispiele einsec Verschlussee nach der Anmeldung verenecheulioht.

Von dem eigentlichen L.ektrofilter oder -flooker ist nur
ein Teil den Gehäusedookele 1 gezeigt. .Auf diesem

noch eine kleinere Platte 11. Dabei ist zwischen

8 und 11 einerseits und der Aufhhngesteng® 12 für den nicht
