Die Erfindung betrifft eine Axialkolbenpumpe mit zwei gleichsinnig von der gleichen Achse angetriebenen Taumel-Scheiben und den den Taumelscheiben zugeordneten in einer Zylindertrommel verschiebbaren Kolben. Bei einer bekannten Pumpe dieser Bauart werden die Taumelscheiben annähernd oder genau um 90° gegeneinander versetzt. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß Elemente so gegeneinander versetzt sind, daß die Hubbewegungen gegenüberliegender Kolben entsprechend der halben Teilung gegeneinander verschoben sind. Damit bleiben die Massenkräfte annähernd ausgeglichen und der Gleichförmigkeitsgrad der Druckmittelförderung wird erhöht. Bei einer AusführungBform der Erfindung, bei der die Kolben gegenläufig in den gleichen Bohrungen einer Zylindertrommel verschiebbar sind, erfolgt der Kolbenantrieb durch um den halben Teilungswinkel gegeneinander versetzte Taumelscheiben.
