Drive a four-roller end-r-ü-s-t-e-'sm The invention relates to the
Drive the rollers of a four-roller frame for rolling ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Erfindungsgemäß i.,iird diese
There are four types of drive roll stands is committed, in which by unwinding the rolls of a normal horizontal stand he d space to accommodate storage of two vertical rolls was created. With this arrangement it is not possible to drive the vertical rollers, which consequently have to work as drag rollers. Furthermore, arrangements are known in which the two horizontal vials are driven in a known manner over gears and comb-shaft gears. The vertical rollers are driven by bevel gears located directly next to the shafts. With this arrangement it is possible to drive all four rollers, but the transferable 'yalting moments and thus the size of the deformation of the rolling material that can be achieved is limited by the transferability of the bevel gears. It is not possible to readjust them in the direction of the rolling stock when the rollers are worn. Since it is necessary, on the one hand to lubricate the Kege1rKder with 01, on the other hand 1.Valzen with water to kühleng check result from the immediate vicinity of '#.' Ielzen and Kege1r4dern great difficulties in the sealing of both media against each other, a further disadvantage results calibratable from the fact that when a worn roller is dismantled, the bearing of the bevel gears must also be dismantled and freshly adjusted during installation can be transferred, an employment of the `Jalzen with their .wear and the replacement of a worn - '.. # ialze without major dismantling mbt # ;, licb is. Furthermore, the cooling of the rollers should be possible without impairing the drive. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the two vertical rollers via a clutch, a gear unit, a second '! ## "uo, -i) development and a bevel gear stage, a horizontal', ialz-e- via - a clutch, a gear, a second clutch and a gear stage, a second horizontal roller via a clutch, g "a gear and a second clutch are driven by a drive shaft common to all four rollers, another possibility consists in the fact that the rollers are driven via IC-clutches and gears by four motors flanged to the gears. For the transmission of the torques between the gears and the rollers, clutches are arranged which allow the rollers to be radial with respect to the output shafts of the gears. The four gears have the necessary transmission ratio to reduce the motor speed to the roller speed.

Abtriebswellen der Getriebe 17; 18; 19; 20 sind durch Kupplungen 21; 22;
23; 24 mit den vier Walzen 25; 26; 27; 28 verbunden. Es können
dabei solche bereits bekannte KuppluDgeD, z.
gestatten»
Dadurch Ist In gewissen- Grenzen ein Nach-
stellen der Walzen 25;
durch Ölumlaufschmierung mit gleichzeitiger Kühlwirkung erfolgen. The torque generated by the motor 1 is transmitted to a drive shaft 3 via a connecting shaft 2. On the drive shaft 3 there are two bevel gears 4; 5 and a spur gear 6, the torque is divided from the drive shaft 3 to three shafts 7; 8th; 99 wherein the torque on the shaft 7 through the bevel gears 4; lOl the torque on the shaft 8 through the bevel gears 5; 119 the torque on the shaft 9 through the spur gears 6; 12- and the remaining residual torque is transmitted directly to the gearbox 17 via the drive shaft 3 and the clutch 13 . From the waves 7; 8th; 9 , the torques are also via clutches 14; 15; 16 on gear 18, 19; 20 transferred. The output shafts of the gear 17; 18; 19; 20 are through couplings 21; 22; 23; 24 with the four rollers 25; 26; 27; 28 connected. It can be such already known coupling, z. B, tooth clutches, can be selected which have a certain displaceability in the radial direction between the output shafts of the gears 17; 182 '19; 20 and the rollers 25; 26; 27; 28 allow "This Is In conscientious limits a post-25 set of rollers; 26; 27; 28 in your wear possible »The rollers can in already known manner can be adjusted in welchä chock One or also be mounted in eccentric bushings. - The arrangement described ensures that the bevel gears 4; 3rd; 10; 11 torques to be transmitted are much smaller than the required rolling torques. The Schmierung.sämtlicher-tooth engagements are outside the direct range of the rollers 25; 260) 27; 28 and the lubrication of the roller bearing - storage - can be done in a known manner z. B. be carried out by circulating oil lubrication with simultaneous cooling effect.
An additional cooling of the rollers by water from the outside is easily possible. When the rollers 23 are worn; 26; 279 * 28 can each roller with its storage by loosening the connection in the couplings 21; 22; 23; 24 can be easily exchanged ». Another advantage of the arrangement is that the normally necessary gear and pinion gear for driving a rolling stand can be removed and thus a much smaller space requirement and smaller dimensions are required.
