Process and arrangements for the supply of any consumer via controllable semiconductor elements. As has already been suggested, electrical consumers can be of any type, doh. Ohmic, inductive, capacitive, those with and without counter voltage and combinations thereof can be controlled and regulated by means of controllable semiconductor elements in that the on and off times, that is to say their push-button operation, is varied. Palpable are those electronic amplifier elements that turn the house from a single or lusachalten ermöglichen.wenn of the power flow control their current corresponding to 0 is switched off or palpable are further Stromrichterventileg preferably on the Halbleiterbaeis which allow switching on and off when the control current in is changed in one direction or the other (transswitch). Converter valves, which can absorb blocking voltages in both directions, and which can be switched on in the forward direction at any time, but which must be extinguished by a brief countercurrent surge - generally taken from a capacitor - are also tactile * If the release time of such valves is very short, in the order of magnitude of a few microseconds, as is the case with controllable silicon cells, the capacitor output to be installed can be kept very small if, in particular, Jn (lWr-tivn consume = fx_eilaufven- @ ile are provided, which is used to commutate the consumer current The advantage of such tactile arrangements is that, when a direct or alternating current source is present, the current of any consumer can be regulated in a simple manner according to the specification of any desired value by a two-point control in such a way that the tactile valve is undershot a the minimum current value is switched on = and switched off when a maximum current value is exceeded. Due to the high switching frequency that can be achieved with tactile electronic valves, there are no stabilization problems.

Power source, e.g. 2b, and the freewheel over the other anti-
parallel diode, e.g. @ 5a, and the other current source, zeB.2a. In this case, a reactive current flows through the two power sources, which, however, is not so important in the case of lower powers compared to the advantage that only two tactile and two non-tactile valves are required. The current of the consumer is detected, for example, with the DC converter 13 and serves as an output variable via a logic circuit, not shown here, known per se, for the ignition and extinction of the tactile valves. The prerequisite for such an arrangement with two direct current sources to work satisfactorily at higher powers is that the energy requirement in both directions of rotation of the motor is approximately the same, because otherwise the two current sources, for example rechargeable batteries, are stressed differently. A circuit with only one bidirectional direct current source 8 is shown in FIG. 3. Here, four-quadrant operation with two tactile valves 10a / b. two controllable valves l1a / b, which can only be switched on, and with four non-controllable valves (diodes). The novelty of this arrangement is that again only two tactile valves are necessary both for switching the energy on and off, an anti-parallel bridge arrangement of four controllable and four non-controllable valve groups being used, with only half of the controllable valves must be palpable. The four-quadrant operation is based on the three Figures 3a to 3d explained in more detail errerden. As a consumer, again becomes a

brake the motor down to zero speed using "tactile valves".
15a/b erforderlich. If the energy and direction of rotation change with proportionally
low frequency, as is the case, for example, with a battery vehicle,
so switches can also be used instead of the controllable valves. The effort
Can be kept small if, according to the invention, according to FIG. 4, a diode bridge is made
the four diodes 12a to 12d and one with the switch 14 switchable tactile
Valve 10 is used. There are also two mechanical on and off switches
15a / b required.
Dioden 12a und 12b.From Fißo 3a to 3d it can be seen in which switching state, the switches 14 and 15 must be in order to make operation in the respective tuadrant. If no work back to the current source 8 is extended, the diodes 12a and 12b are omitted.

Without mechanical contacts to be used, enables a circuit according to Fig. 5a operation of Hauptstromaotors with the armature 9 and its field winding 17 in all four quadrants, wherein in particular here a stable braking operation with maximum rotational mouent is achieved even with a weakened field. The novelty of this circuit is that in parallel with the main atomic winding 1? Eia an additional free-wheeling valve 18 is provided, and the main ntrc) winding is in front of the tactile valves 10a / b, which are acted upon by the armature current via the converter 13 via the ignition and fishing devices 16a / b. In analogy to the switching states according to FIGS. 3a and 3d, the armature or field inductance is also charged here during braking. In addition, this view enables the armature brake current to flow directly via the diode bridge 12a to 12d by adjusting the field current accordingly. A controllable valve 19 is also provided for the field weakening, which does not need to be extinguishable in a direct parallel connection to the field winding in series with the tactile valves 10a / b. In a modification of this clockless arrangement, FIG. 5b shows an arrangement which enables two-quadrant operation with controlled counter-clockwise rotation with a minimum of valves and mechanical contacts. This circuit is important for smaller battery vehicles. The novelty is that the main current winding 17 again has a separate free-wheeling valve 18 and is in series with a tactile valve 10, furthermore a rotation / direction converter 22 with two changeover contacts and another changeover switch 23 for the free-wheeling diode 12 of the armature current is provided . frequency of the speed of the motor or the level of the armature voltage on and off. The main keying triode 10 is keyed depending on the armature current via the current regulator 21, which receives its setpoint manually and its actual value via the l, landler 13. With such an arrangement, controlled countercurrent braking is also possible if, for example, the armature has the specified polarity in the specified switching position. It is essential that the armature current can be regulated depending on the keying in of the field current.
