Bohrmaschinen mit einM stufenloa regelbaren Ge-
triebe zur änderung der Urehzuhl der üohrupindol sind be-
kannt. Inabooondere hat man Rfibuoheibengotriobe an Bohrma-
scheinen u dieaem xweok vorgeeehen.
Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, an einer
ßohn uohine an die teLie einea Heibuoheibonetriebee dae
an ulch bekannte Keilrbmengetriebe mit stufenlos veränderli-
ohem UberBetaungaverhültnie zu setzen. Diesen Getriebe be-
sitzt zahlreiche Vorzüge. Dooh bietet es hinnichtliohder
räumlichen Anordnung, inübeuonere in Hinblick nuf die Ver-
stellorgans und die Notwendigkoit, die Hiemonopannung naoh-
stellen zu können, ei, nige ochviieribleaiten, wenn eu sich
um
die Verbindung mit einer Bohrmaschine handelt. Die Schaf-
fung einer möglichst einfachen,, übersichtlichen und leicht
zu handhabenden Gotriebonnordmmg für dienen Xweok iut die
der Neuerung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe.

Die Vorrichtung zur ÄndfJrlJ. den berHetzwlaver-
haltniüHCB kann mit einer Einrichtung zur Anzeige der je-
weil., eingestellten Drehzahl vorbunden werden, indem man
insbesondere die wie LLe deß Sohnokenradeu nach außen führt
und auf ihr eine tikalonscheibe tinbrlngt. Der flet, den diese
Welle innerhalb des gesamten Verutellbereicheu ausführt,
liegt in der Größe zwischen dem großen Weg des verstellender
Handrades und dem sehr kleinen Veg der Gabel. Das überset-
zungsverhaltnis des Sohneokentri. ebes kann daher leicht so
gestaltet werden, daß die Welle den Schneckenrades insgesamt
weniger als eine volle Umdrehun; aufführt und daher zum An-
trieb einer. ikalensoheibe gut geeignet iut.

Oberhalb des SpindelHtookeH 1 der Bohrmaschine,
der den Handhebel 2 zum Vorschub der Bohrapindel 3 trägt,
befindet nie h ein unmittelbar an das Hpindelatookgehäusc
anschließendes Gehäuue 4, in welchet') ein Keilriemengetriebe
untergebracht ist. Mit der Bohru indol'3 int durch Keile 5
eine Hohlwelle 6 fest verbunden, auf der eine Kegelucheibe

unverschiebbar befestigt int. Zur Luerun dienen ugella-
ger 0 in einem Lagergehäuse 9, welche die fliegend gelagerte
hohlwelle 6 sicher unterstützen. Auf der Hohlwelle 6 ist
ferner eine oelsoheibe lu mitbels einen' (eiles 11 derart
befestit ; t, daß die Jcheibe 10 gegenüber der Hohlwelle
verschoben weraon kann. die hohlwelle 6 wird durch einen
Keilriemen 12 angetrieben, der zwischen die Kegelscheiben 7
und 10 gelebt ist. Dieser Riemen läuft über ein weiteres
Soheibenpaar, das aus einer axial unbeweglichen Scheibe 13
und einer axial entsprechend der Scheibe 10 verschiebbaren
Scheibe 14 besteht. Beide Scheiben üitzen auf einer Welle
15, die mittels Kegelutift 16 an den iiellenittumpf 17 ein.

Stellschrauben 24. Diese Anordnung tut getroffen, um die
Spannung des hiemenü 12 einstellen und nachstellen zu kön-
nen. Zu diesem Zweck ist das eJnzigo LHor 25 der Helle 15
in eine «) topffrmion Fortsatz 26 unton an der') latte 21
angebracht. An der Verschiebung der rlatto 21 nehmen daher
der Motor, die Wolle 15 und die beiden. oelschoiben 13
und 14 teil.
Zwischen der Hohlwelle 6 und der 15 liegt
ein zu beiden paralleler Zapfen 27, der einerseits in einem
Lager 28 und andrerseits bei 29 im Deckel 30 des gesamten
Gehäuses befestigt ist. Auf dem Zapfen 27 iEt eine aus zwei
Armen 31 und 32 und einer Nabe 33 bestehende Doppelgabel
mittels eines Keilen 34 undrehbar aber axial verechiebbar
gelagert. Die an den Armen 31, 32 ausgebildeten Gabeln 35
und 36 umgreifen büchsenförmige Fortsätze 37 und 3k3 an den
axial verschiebbaren jegelscheibon 10 und 14, welche sich
gegon die Gaoeln unter dem vom Riemen 12 ausgeübten Axial-
druck über Kugellager 39 stützen. Durch Verschiebung der
büchse 33 auf dem Zapfen 27 wird mithin in der bei weil-
riHmenctriben an uich bekannten Art das Übersetzungsver-
haltniu geändert.
Die üüchue 33 weist eine jtangonverzahnung 40 auf,
in welche ein Zahnrad 41 greift, aut'deusen Welle 42 ein
Uohneokenrad 43 sitzt, in welohus eine Solhnecke 44 greift,
deren Welle 45 nach außen ragt und dort ein Handrad 46
trägt. Die Drehung des Handrade} ! bewirkt eine Verschiebung
der Hdohue 35 md damit die gewünschte Änderung deu ljber-
setzungsverhultnisues. Die Zwis henwelle 42, die das
Schneckenrad 43 trugt, ragt gleichfallu nach außen und trägt
dort eine von einer appe 4'7 UbordeoKto Scheibe 4Ü, welche
eine Skala trägt, an der man durch ein Fenster 4lj das Über-
setzungsverhältnis ablesen kann.
Im Betriebe läuft der Motor 18 mit gleichbleibender
Drehzahl. In der in Abb. l gozeichneton Stellung hat die
spindel 3 die niedrigstmogliche Drehzahl. Duroh Drehung
des Handrades 40 kann man die buche 33 nuoh oben bewegen,
so daß die Scheibe 14 aufwärts gedrückt wird und den Keil-
riemen 12 nach außen preßt, der seinerseits die Scheibe 10

entsprechend von der Hchoibe 7 wegdrückt. Damit wird das
Ubersetzungsverhältniu i'n inne einer Krhöhung der Drehzahl
