These two armatures are, as illustrated in the drawing, arranged isolated from each other and designed in such a way that when an armature has been pressed and the electromagnet receives power from the office in the manner to be described, the armature is held by the electromagnet as a result of the closure of the magnetic circuit and so the circuit made by the participant by pressing the button remains. The participant can use the fact that the button remains in the depressed position as a sign that his position is in an orderly condition and that the group he wants has actually been called.

The subscriber station is connected to the office via two subscriber lines, which are routed in the known manner in parallel through the multiple jacks, and also to the two above-mentioned interrogation jacks k ² of group A and k ^l of group B.

The subscriber lines are connected via the two isolating contacts of the isolating relay / with one call relay each Z ¹ and Z ² , the latter being connected to a grounded power source m .
