Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung stellt eine Weiterentwicklung
des Gegenstandes der Hauptanmeldung F 34- 872 1
a/77 b dar und
befaßt sich wie diese-mit Schlittschuhen, die bis auf die eigent-
liehe Latifschiene aus Kunststoff hergestellt sindp21 insbesondere
aber mit der Versteifung der Laufschiene als Träger der gesam-
ten Lasti>
Bef der Erfindung nach dem Hauptpatent wird die Versteifung.
insbesondere die Verwindungs-und Biegefestigkeit des beim lrau-
fen hochbeanspruchten Schlittschuhs einmal durch die eigentliche
Laufschiene mit ihren na h oben n. sowLe durch
c gerichteten Nocke
Aufsteckdorne und die in der Hauptanmeldung beschriebenen Trä-
gerelemente bezw . mittels- derr in der 'Ziusatzanmeldung

Die Zeichnung zeigt eine erfindungsgemässe Laufschiene eines.
Schlittschuhs in ganzer Länge, in der Mitte geschnitten. Weiter
ist die Laufschiene auf einem Teil ihrer Länge in Draufsicht
dargestellt. Die erfindungsgemässe Laufschiene kann entspre-
chend dem Hauptpatent mit dem die übrigen ßestandteile des
Schlittschuhs einschliesolich den Trägerplatten für Schuhsohle
und Absatz und auch entsprechend dem Zusatzpatent F
35 759 Ic/77b
mit dem die Stiefelsohle bildenden Kunststoff in einem Arbeits-
gang durch Einlegen in die Spritzgussform und Umspritzen zu
einem fertigen Schlittschuh ve2arbeitet Werden.
Dabei wird durch die ägymmetrische und exzentrische Anordnung
der Verstärkungsschiene und deren Abwinkelung nach einer Seite
eine Versteifung der Laufschiene wie nie zuvor und zug#eIch
eine Verankerung der Laufschiene in der die übrigen Teile des
Schlittschuhs bildenden Kunststoffmasse erreicht, die unlösbar
ist. Diese Verankerung wird zusätzlich durch die abwechselndnach
beiden Seiten der Laufschit:e-,-le ausgebuchteten taschenaTtigen..-
schlitzförmigen Erweiterungen der Laufschiene verstärkt,-weil
diese widerhakenartig im Kunststoff eingebettet sind, wobei
die
Erweiterungen ihrerseits mit Kunststoff ausgefüllt sindg sadaß
eine doppelt wirkende Verankerung der Laufschiene im Kunststoff
erreicht wirdö
Der Vorteil der weit#rentwickelten-Laufschiene besteht darin,
daß
keine Einzelteile mehr zur zusätzlichen Versteifung der Lauf-
schiene erforderlich sind und die Laufschiene als ein
Stück in die
Spritzgusaform eingelegt werden kann. Außerdem erhält der Schlitt-
schuh eine bisher unerreichte Leichtigkeit, ohne deshalb an
Festig,
keit einzubüßen* Durch die feste Verankerung der laufschiene
im
Kunststoff des Schlittschuhs ist es möglich, die in der Hauptan-
meldung F 34 872 Ic/77b beschriebenen Nocken,
die auth in der'Zu-
satzanmeldung F 35 759 Ic/77 b noch vorgesehen
sind, wegzulassen.
Daraus ergibt sich die weitere Gewichts-und Materialeinsparung.
