Unter Benutzung der bekannten Anordnung, wo Stopfbüchsenpackungen mittels Keilringen oder Metallkonusse, welche unter Flüssigkeitsdruck stehen, selbsttätig angepreßt werden, ist in vorliegender Erfindung die Anordnung einer selbsttätig sich regelnden Packung derart getroffen, daß hier zwei voneinander unabhängige Packungen zu beiden Seiten eines Keilringes selbsttätig abdichtend wirken. Um dem Keilring A einen Vorschub nach der Stopfbuchsenbrille B zu ermöglichen, hat diese eine Eindrehung S, die gleichzeitig zur Führung des Keilringes dient. Die Packung Dp dient zum Abdichten des Plungers oder der Kolbenstange P und wird, da sie durch die Plungerreibung einer größeren Abnutzung unterworfen ist, zweckmäßig aus einem widerstandsfähigen Stoffe, Metalliderungen oder dergl. herstellt.
