Diene is carried out as described in the additional registration H 45 173 VIIId / 21h dadurohv that after the tube Hindurcheteoken Hein body 10 through the axial bore 144 of the, threaded bushing 14 (Figure 5, left side). of the tubular heater 10 surrounding hohge = arched central portion 115 of the Flansohkörperbodens is pressed flat by acting in the axial direction PreBwerkzeug 111 (Fig.5grechte side) .This has to Polge that the polygonal through going hole 116 in the central portion 115 of the Planschkörperbodens 111 that the radiator 10 initially granted unhindered passage (Pig.6.left beite), is narrowed , so that its many eccentric edges constrict the protective jacket of the tubular heater 10 in a groove-like manner. (FIG. 5, right-hand side) and deform it into a polygon corresponding to the current width of the through hole 116 (FIG. 6, right-hand side). The central part 115 of the flange body 11 is thereby mechanically fixed and non-rotatably connected to the tubular heating element 10 both in the axial direction and in the circumferential direction. Pressing the face of the planing body part 115, the sealing ring 18 is simultaneously compressed (Pig.5, right-hand side), so that it is attached to both the circumference of the tubular heating element. 10 is pressed liquid-tight as such on the middle part 105 of the Planachkörperbodens 111 and the recess of the threaded bushing 14 .. In the illustrated embodiment, the two parts are through the .Bördel 117 and the interlocking body part of the Planschkkörperteile 113 and the part 142 of the threaded bushing 1.1 and 14 of the Schras bnippele mechanically tightly and twist-proof connected to one another, while the flatness of its central part 115 means that the planar body 11 is mechanically fixed and at the same time fluid-tight with the tubular heating element 10, without the need for a welded or soldered connection at any point The structural damage caused by the action of heat and the corrosion phenomena caused by pickling residues cannot occur.
